Sheza Coffee House

What an amazing coffee shop. Starting with the most important part, the coffee. We just got your typical ice coffee and it definitely was satisfying. We ordered a cheesecake and chocolate chip cookie and they were both equally amazing. The decor is beautiful, wish I had to sit there and take it in. They really took the time to think of every detail. The service was great as well. Wish I was from the area to be able to enjoy this more often as it would be my daily spot.

This cafe spent a lot of time and effort on the decor. However, their coffee is subpar. I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk and a shot espresso. I emphasized that I would like the espresso inside the matcha latte. The barista rudely responds “I know, I got it”. She didnt “get it” because she didn’t make it properly. I basically paid $7 for a large cup of coffee with Milk. There was barely any matcha and she clearly did not use any espresso. I wouldn’t recommend this cafe. There are other cafes in riverdale with exceptional service and coffee.

Atmosphere is amazing, great music, awesome pastries and even better coffee. Make sure you come here if you’re looking for your new coffee shop. Owner is super hands on and make sure everyone gets and individualized one of a kind of experience. The staff makes sure that everyone in tended to and the best environment if you’re looking for a calm place to hang. 100/10 time, will be returning. Bring all your friends and family. Omg !!! This place is super cute !! I tried the pistachio latte and strawberry cheesecake tonight and both were perfect !!! The owner was super nice and they have free Wi-Fi ! I will be back soon !!!

I went to this absolutely stunning place that so happens to sell the best coffee ☕️ and pastries in all of NY. I am not a coffee drinker and I was absolutely blown away on how rich, delicious and smooth it tasted that I am now a coffee lover. Oh yeah their customer service is unbelievable and unmatched they make you feel right at home and welcomed. This was an absolute Experience enjoyed every moment of it. I am now a fan ❤️

Stopped by Sheza Coffee House the day after New Year's. I had heard about this place through social media. Then I heard great reviews from a work colleague of mine who frequents there with his family. So I got really excited about checking this coffee place out. As an extreme coffee lover I wanted to see what the hype was all about.
Upon entering I noticed tables were empty but I'm assuming that had to do with the holiday being observed that Monday. But when I entered I noticed an older gentleman in the back of the store who appeared to be hammering away. He looked up at me two separate times and just kept doing his thing. As I approached the counter there was a young lady sitting. However, her back was to me and I'm not sure if she was on her phone as she was in a crouched like position. Nevertheless, she didn't look up one time. I perused their pastries and looked at the menu above the counter but no one seemed or cared to notice. In the end, I walked out. It just didn't feel welcoming to me at all. It may be possible they just wanted to close up shop early and that's fine if it was. I just would've appreciated an acknowledgement. I'd like to give this establishment another try but I'm really not sure if I will again.

Went for a hot latte at Shezas Coffee House. I can honestly say, this tops anything I’ve ever had. The flavors were amazing, it was perfectly made. The atmosphere was lively, clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Welcome to the neighborhood!!! I loved everything about this place.

The coffee is great. When Sheza is there it’s even better, she makes it with extra love. It also is beautiful and provides the perfect vibe if you want to sit down or walk away with your drink or pastry.

The Coffee House looks very nice and clean! But I didn't get the impression that none of the pretty desserts was freshly bake there or the Coffee shop didn't have any kind of coffee aroma. Yes, I will go back because its way better then the bakery up the block.
