My Company made a large group order today 3/25/22 and I can speak for myself and the other 4 people who ordered the Shrimp rice teriyaki bowl that was supposed to have edamame. It did not have edamame but had huge pieces of raw green pepper. If it was supposed to have peppers, I would have ordered it without them. It barely had shrimp mostly rice. And there was barely any teriyaki in it. It was terrible and dry and each person that ordered it thought so as well. Very disappointed.

Went on June 5th with my 2 children. Employees weren't wearing there masks properly, by not covering nose & upper lip. Also, all the employees looked mad and the energy wasn't good. They ignored me and when they ask what I want, they told me: no chicken, no salmon, only shrimp and spicy chicken. I showed them the bowl that my friend ordered in a photo & they told me that it wasn't here. Also, I showed them photos from the reviews, they denied all, it wasn't here. After the employee touched my cellphone with his glove, he didn't change gloves & proceed to make orders. That day was hot & I had sweaty hands that touched my cellphone. 2 stars because the bowls are Big. Ended up getting a vegan bowl. A customer complained finding something in there bowl. Cashier was with a nasty attitude with customers. I saw the unsanitary of the employees, I won't go back there.

My experience today wasn’t good at all.
I almost left my salad behind....
When that Greek Big Guy is missing from the restaurant, which is probably the Owner the shop isn’t working properly.
The food is nothing compared to what I get when “The Greek”is working.
So please “Greek” don’t leave us on misery, stay there, because it seems you are the heart of the place.

I came in to try Create for breakfast. Once I reached the grill a Hispanic man with tattoos greeted me. I asked him what breakfast sandwich would he recommend and he didn’t answer my question instead he rudely said to look at the menu. When I usually try a new place I always ask for a recommendation from their employees since they know what is most popular. Unfortunately, I left without trying a breakfast sandwich because the man lacks customer service skills.

Walked in at 8pm on a weekday. The staff member behind the counter was packing up and gave me a dirty look when I approached and did not say a word. It’s fine if you want to close early, just lock the door so people do not walk in expecting service given that your hours say you’re still open.

Good food.. overpriced.. the guy charged me 5 dollars extra for little bit more checkin. Bad customer service and bad attitude toward the astorian. Basically only good first time next time they see you they treat you like you need to be there to get your food while you really dont

The market plate was not the best unfortunately..the broccoli was not charred, the cauliflower was so mushy..as well as the sweet potato..only the herbed chicken was tasty..too bad, I really wanted to like it as the staff were really nice

These people are crooks. I get charged differently for the exact same thing every time I've gone in person. When I ask them about it, they have a different excuse every time. Also, if you order online the prices are more expensive for the exact same food you can get in person. Tonight I placed an order for almost $40. Received an email confirming it. 15 minutes later received another email saying my order was canceled. No explanation. Nothing. Never again.

Very nice menu and great food - always fresh! It's our "go to" for in office lunches - the owner and staff are ALWAYS pleasant and accommodating to short notice requests! Never disappoints....
