Went on 8/14. Spent $5 on a boba for it to be half filled with ice. There was a huge ice chunk that hadn't even been broken down into the little cubes that i had to pull out of the drink. It looked like they just put whatever was in the ice cube tray straight into the drink as it was cause there were so many big pieces of ice. The actual drink itself was mediocre. The cashier also came off a bit rude. By no means do I expect any customer service worker to be all smiles all the time and super talkative, been there done that, but this one made me feel rather unwelcome and I wanted to leave.

I purchased a large Pumpkin Spice Latte at Arcade location . It was delicious! The best latte I have ever enjoyed! My next beverage my be a Bubble Tea!

The food and iced coffee are very delicious the service is good and it's an overall good time
