Great way to learn what ny has to share. I dont like the governor but this was a great idea to have this built here.

They had sent a flyer with notice of gift baskets, but link would not work for me. Then this morning a representative was on news about the baskets. I drove to buy one and have it shipped. The clerk Joey was very nice. But had not been briefed on how to scan or ship the basket. Boss was not in yet and did not answer phone. So I purchased a cup of coffee and waited.
With a little growing pains, and numerous apologies, Joe he received word from his boss via phone on how to do it. All whent smooth for the most part. Had some issues with final shipping on the tablet. Gave him all my info so the boss could fix the issues. Bought a $37.00 basket and cost $20 to ship. Overall, quite happy with it all. Joe was very pleasant and courteous, and I am happy that I was able to leave the shipping up to them.

Though you can see it from the highway, it's actually a bit of a detour to get there due to the roads around it. But it's not hard to get to. Large facility, with nice and clean bathrooms. Vending machines. There's also a store of some kind, but when I was there (on a Saturday around noon) it was closed. Don't know what the store's hours are. I also saw some electric car charging stations in the parking area.

Very impressive!!! Just go inside!!! Awesome decor. I was inspired and that's not something you usually get from a stop on the highway. We passed by on our way home from Canada. Good place to make a pit stop. Even has playground for kids.

Less than a year old, beautiful inside. NY spent a lot of money on 11 (so far) new Welcome Centers. Play area for kids, dog area, snack bar with fresh food, small place to buy made in NY souvenirs and foods.

Beautiful welcome center, BUT we have a major issue ..... we are in the US, therefore, the US flag should be displayed properly at the welcome center. Currently, the US flag is on the left, Canadian flag in the middle and NY flag on the right. Flag Protocol would have the US flag in the middle, slightly higher .... someone please fix this !! Otherwise, beautiful place and very nice people !!

Clean nice spot. The cashier was a vibe and a great time. Would stop back again.

A beautiful new facility offering tourist info for the North Country, with cultural/historical artifacts and a NY Taste Market food outlet featuring local products.
