Staff was very rude, the other reviewers were right. A friend of mine ordered in line and ordered for us both. The woman at the counter was just plain rude and insufferable. After she was done serving subpar service, she rudely told the man behind my friend "sorry for that" a comment similar to this...as if my friend inconvenienced her. My friend turned around and glared at her. How dare you. The nerve. Very disrespectful. When customers go off or confront them then it's an issue and they want to act like they weren't being nasty. There are always women working at the register and I noticed them always being flirty with male customers. It's pathetic truthfully. It's like a catty atmosphere. I respect the service industry but its people like this which is why I don't blame customers for giving that rudeness right back. Their food and drinks are not anything to write home about.

Employees mocked me, disrespected me after they put my order under someone else's name. When I got my food it was cold. I was slightly annoyed but the comments as I was leaving made it so I'll never go back there again and for the rest of my life I'll never recommend anybody I know goes there. Felt humiliated over what was a simple mistake. Never again.

Ordered an Asiago bagel with egg and cheese, and a gingerbread iced Americano. The service was quick, friendly, and the food was so good!!!! Much better than other coffee shops I have been to around here!

Wired is relatively new and a great alternative to Starbucks. I like that you can order a large coffee and they know what that means. Lol.

Friendly, efficient, and tasty. Just what you want when you’re traveling. You can tell the locals love it here too.

If you are staying at the Marriot on Wolf road..skip this place. No change for a $20...staff eating their breakfasts at the counter while waiting on guests..kind of gross. Our of many things on the menu...but the counter staff has no clew and they are super slow. Not the place to go if you are looking for cleanliness or a quick breakfast.

The coffee and the food are great! The price is a little bit on the high end but we didn't have any complaints about the food and the staff were super warm and friendly! This is a great cafe, I wish it was closer to my home!

My go-to bagel shop, Uncommon Grounds, was closed for construction so I figured I’d give this place a shot. I arrived at opening and was presented with a nice hot bagel. Unfortunately, it was tasteless. I won’t be back.

Great local option, delicious cold brew and food. Nice ambiance, 2 study/conference type rooms and plenty of seating.
