Quirky, fun place with amazingly delicious food. I had my doubts on paying $18 for a duck egg burrito, but they must've used half a dozen in my very hearty and generously-sized burrito.

Staff were friendly, atmosphere was charming, and the food- (I ordered the vegan mac)- was out of this world. A trio perfected to attract repeat business. If I'm ever in the area again, they'll definitely have mine.

Wow, I mean yeehaw. We had the green chile biscuits and gravy. When traveling through New Mexico, we stopped in T or C and had been told by the locals about this place, and I love trying new things. I am so glad we stopped in. This place has a beautiful courtyard to dine in, and it's a treat in this small town. Central to shopping and the hotspring, it's a great stop. The food was great and the staff was very welcoming. We already have plans with friends to return to share this experience. Keep up the great work.

I love The Giddy Up Cafe! Extremely high quality, lovingly prepared food. Generous portions and options everyone can love. The biscuits and gravy are incredible, so are the pancakes, oh and the burritos, oh and the dirty mac …

This is my favorite place to eat or get takeout in T or C and the surrounding area. If you like everything made with fresh ingredients and attention to flavor, and wonderful specials added to the already great menu—this is it! It has a cute patio, and new indoor seating for cold days.

My boyfriend and I came to Truth or Consequences for a relaxing weekend getaway and fell in love with this great, hidden gem. When we came in, we asked our Air BnB host where he recommended we go eat, my exact question was: ‘Where is the best place to eat in town.’ He sent us to the Giddyup Cafe, and boy was he right!
Perfectly curated menu (you literally can’t go wrong with any of the selections), hand roasted bourbon infused coffee (I literally saw one of the owner’s roasting the coffee!), and Zia Cola (NM, family owned) all ready to be enjoyed at a charming, picturesque outdoor courtyard. Their bathrooms are immaculate, too!
The menu: We had the Dirty Mac w/ Pork Meatballs and the Polenta w/ Turkey Meatballs. They were both heavenly. The next morning, we dropped in for Sunday brunch and ordered the Honey Soaked Polenta Cake w/ Fresh Fruit and Whipped Cream w/ Prickly Pear Syrup and the Green Chile Biscuits & Gravy. I’ll probably dream about those biscuits and gravy until we come back. Do yourself a favor and get yourself a meal at the best cafe in Truth or Consequences. The menu is unlike any other and the company will feel like your new best friends.

Not my favorite, but really no complaints. Food was good but it took a long time to order and a longer time to get served. We will try again some day
