There are a handful of exceptional restaurants in Taos, and this is one of them. It may take time to find parking (the restaurant is located on the east side of Taos Plaza) but once you've found a spot, walk over for one of the best breakfasts, brunches or lunches that you've had in awhile. With fresh farm-to-table ingredients and Jen Hart's restaurant genius, you're in for a treat.

I love, love, love this place. It’s clear that it’s a community gathering center and a place for people stopping through Taos. They have plenty gluten free and vegan items, reasonable prices and prompt service. Plus, you can’t go wrong with their small batch homemade ice cream!
Don’t pass up a pecan shortbread cookie ($2.50), it is delightful!

I loved the Vegan Mediterranean sandwich. It’s been difficult to find vegan meals here in Taos.

At least two vegan/veg restaurants have closed temporarily or permanently due to covid. So I am so so so glad Manzanita is offering a wonderful vegan sandwich that is healthy and delicious.

Plenty of outdoor seating.

Hands down best lunch sandwiches! Also their gluten-free bread is impressive. I’ll be back!

These nice people made us sandwiches for the airplane even though it was before their lunch service. The sandwiches were outstanding, top quality ingredients, creative combinations expert preparation. These people care and have the skills to bring excellence to fruition. The cookies were straight from heaven. Service is caring. The decor is very pleasant. They offer fun merchandise. Altogether a delight.

Great food and nice place to sit outside on a nice day. Can be busy. But the alley way is good for people watching.

Near the intersection of 68 and ? Everything white inside and not very inviting. However, the food tastes very good, e.g. turkey with fig jam on a tasty bread and latte, too. Staff friendly and helpful. Like to come back.

Local, organic flavors. I loved the deep dish ham quiche! So fluffy and delightful. Nice setting with indoor/outdoor options. Yum!
