Henry & The Fish

On recommendation from a local.we had lunch at this very casual, charmingly funky, place with fresh, delicious food that surprises your taste buds. Yes, it's a tuna salad sandwich but oh that bread and what was that little zing in the mix? And the staff are so pleased that you're there and do everything they can to show it from the time you order at the counter until you leave. Breakfast all day, sandwiches, salads and I hear out of this world smoothies

Amazing food and owners! So sweet to our dog, they let us come in and wait for our order from the storm, even had treats for puppies! Owners were so kind and we had a great little conversation while we hung out.

We ordered the Turkey Cran and Pulled Pork sandwiches, both absolutely incredible. Wish we were here longer to continue to pay patronage to this wonderful cafe.

We came here twice during our time in Santa Fe. Coffee was great both times. I got a speciality drink the first time and a simple Americano with oat milk the second time. They steamed the oat milk for me without me even having to ask, which was a nice touch. Super sweet staff who remembered us the second time we came in. Highly recommended!

Anything I have ordered here has been consistently good. However, I go out of my way to eat here because of how amazing the staff is! The whole family is so welcoming and kind; they go above and beyond for customer service. I look forward to supporting this business every time, as I work in the area. So many of the other food establishments downtown lack basic courtesy/kindness, so Henry & the Fish is a breath of fresh air!

Best avocado toast I’ve ever had! Friendly, accommodating staff, and a wonderful place to visit in the morning when the sun flows warmly thru the 12’ window that faces onto W. San Francisco St.

I was looking forward to eating here as reviews were good. I ordered something simple - a Tuna Melt. Unfortunately what I received was tuna salad with a cold slice of cheese on toasted bread. This would be ok if they changed the name to tuna salad with cheese. But certainly not Tuna Melt.

I visited Henry & the Fish three separate times over my two day trip. The produce was so fresh, the fresh squeezed juice was refreshing, the staff was friendly, and the salted chocolate chip is my new guilty pleasure! I will be back!

Returning to the office post-pandemic, I am delighted to learn that this neighborhood treasure is still open and as good as always! Wonderful food, drinks, baked goods in a comfortable and casual environment. Bonus - owners Joe & Kelly and staff are super nice. A frequent stop for me during the work week. Warning: baked goods are habit forming. :)

Delicious and creative menu. Stopped in on our drive back to New York City. We loved our curry chicken salad and Lavender OatMilk Matcha and Tumeric Cardamon Latte. Super clean and fast service. Met the owners and they are there every day making sure things are perfect. Wish this place was in our home town! Don't miss it when you are in Sante Fe!

This place is great, and one of the best spots for a coffee, snack or meal downtown. The ingredients are always fresh, the baked goods are killer, and the coffee is top-notch. They've done wonders during Covid to make it easy to order online and pop in and out quickly, and the dinners to-go are amazing - my eight-year-old son still talks about the baked chicken we had two months ago. Very hard to beat, and my only gripe is that they aren't open for an early-morning coffee anymore - a small price to pay for those great dinners!
