Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the staff ignored us. Very rude, two thumbs WAY down. Highly UNrecommend. Just go to Starbucks instead.

EDIT FOR THE COMPANY CONTACT: No, there is nothing you can do. I was on a honeymoon with my wife whom I actively watched your staff ignore for 10 minutes when all she wanted to do was try a local coffee shop. TEN MINUTES!! Do you know how long that is when you're waiting for some acknowledgement from four working employees and one other customer in the store. This establishment and its practices are the reason why people DON'T support local business, because the Starbucks around the corner served us immediately. I'm not from Santa Fe and I won't be back any time soon, but believe me when I say I will highly discourage everyone I know from visiting this place with very rude employees who just ignore customers. I mean they didn't even say "hello" when we entered. They looked us in the eye and then continued with their personal conversations as one person stood AT THE REGISTER NOT SAYING ANYTHING TO US!!!!

If I could give you a negative five stars, I would.

Absolute gem of a coffee shop. Top notch coffee and expert batista! Erika was impeccable at making our coffee. We were blown away!

Delicious coffees. Good pastries. Super oatmeal loaded with granola and fruit. A larger separate seating area across the hall from the counter.
Dog friendly in the separate dining room.

Pleasantly surprised by this gem of a coffee shop! Had a hard time finding it at first since it is located at the end of a little indoor mall-type building. Once you go inside the coffee shop it has a great "vibe" and the baristas are very nice. I was actually given the wrong coffee due to an order misunderstanding but was even happier with what I was given by mistake. My cousin also kept raving about their quiche!

Stopped in on a Saturday morning to do some work. Great high end selection of coffee choices, including pour overs, and teas. It’s priced at the premium end, and has great indoor and second story outdoor balcony seating with good wifi. Will be a regular spot for me.

I am traveling and needed real coffee, not hotel coffee. I saw this coffee shop near my hotel. The staff were super nice. I ordered a latte and it was AMAZING. So delicious. I think it will be my go to place while I am here.

Amazing staff. Know their stuff and were super friendly. Super unique coffee flavors/combinations. Have significant roasting expertise across staff and in -house roast all their blends!

Both coffee (Colombia natural) and donuts were great. Big seating area inside and outside terrace. It’s on the second floor.

Super cute place, very friendly staff, with a great out door patio to sip delicious coffee! Their beignets are amazing, and the oatmeal was great! Ate it up so fast I didn't even get a picture of the food!
