I really wish I would've gotten those 2 ladies names!
I've downgraded to a 4 star because on our way home to Texas from AZ we, of course stopped in for a coffee.
We were sooo looking forward to it.
We were sooo Disappointed!
The lady in there has no business being a barista. I actually POURED OUT half of my NOT cheap coffee!
I'll stop again when passing thru but I'm definitely looking for those young ladies who know what they're doing.

Awesome little coffee shop! Tasty food with vegan options and a good selection of loose-leaf teas. Super friendly staff as well.

I was into anything alien themed during my visit to Roswell so I stopped in to check out Stellar Coffee Co. The atmosphere is ok, not too alien-crazy. The caramel latte I ordered was super light on the syrup. I couldn't really tell it was caramel. They sell cute t-shirts though.

A stellar oasis!
On a hot day mid-roadtrip, this was a perfect, restful break. We loved the kind staff, delicious coffee + food, and the gently-lit interior (cool in both the literal and slang sense of the word). To our surprise, our little dog friend was welcomed also (and if that policy ever changes, there is also ample seating on the shady patio).

These drinks are amazing--Stellar Coffee Co makes sure to allure you with their awesome flavor combinations. Another good recommendation--❄Winter special Frozen Eggnog blended (+ 2) shots of expresso ☕

For any Aussies visiting, I’d recommend coming here for a coffee.
The food was good - I had the breakfast panini (a ham, egg, spinach and cheese toastie).
Friendly staff, chill vibe, free wifi.
For 2 toasties and 2 coffees it was about $21 (US).

Coffee is decent, baked goods are okay, service is complete trash. People running the place are so slow and got our orders wrong and they’re about has happy and conversational as roadkill. They weren’t sure who ordered what and even argued with each other behind the counter and honestly were a bit rude. Place needs a touch of positivity and efficiency. I’ve had better experiences at second-rate Starbucks.

1st time visit here this place is an absolute hidden gem in Roswell 💎 ,the food along with the coffee &” tea were literally amazing! I ordered a matcha tea 🍵 with oat milk 🥛 honey 🍯 with cinnamon on top …&” it was sooo bomb 😮‍💨💣 I highly recommend this coffee spot . BIG THANKS TOO ETHAN , CAMERON &” KEANA for giving us the best customer service ever ,if we’re ever in this area again we’ll definitely be back 💯🫶🏻

This was my go-to coffee shop during my short trip to Roswell. I enjoyed the space theme and the relaxed cozy vibe of the shop.

Their coffee was pretty good, but my wife and I agree that the Double Dark Side is the shining star on their drink menu. It has such a nice bittersweet flavor that makes it hard to stop once you start drinking.

I didn’t have the opportunity to try their food, so I can’t comment there. Though I have high hopes for it.

Quite a good cup of coffee at a decent price. Better than Starbucks.
