Idyllic spot to eat under vast New Mexico skies ... and good place to fill your travel mug with quality coffee.
The food was delicious, several veggie options, and a cold soup offering which was refreshing.
In this county that went 75% for the former guy... can't say who the owners voted for. For this I sure was thankful, given the the mini pacs of some other local establishments seem to be, and also to see caution that there's still a pandemic going on.

Eat here, it is no joke! After 3 days of hiking I was craving a great sandwich, not many options around and I was amazed to stumble upon this place. I ordered the California club and steak stew and OMG it was fantastic. Quality and taste of the food was beyond expectations. Please offer this great place your business, they will not disappoint.

It was ok, it is not one I would purposely visit again. One reason is the coffee. It was like brown tinted water, no taste. The chorizo and egg skillet was ok, definitely spicy. My husband had the breakfast hash and he appeared to enjoy it. The servings are definitely generous.

We love giving business to small town restaurants. This place serves delicious food! It is out of the ordinary- kale slaw, green chile mac and cheese, blue cheese potato salad and watermelon feta salad for sides! The sandwiches were all delicious. My icy mint lemonade finished off a delightful, surprising, and fun meal with my family...at a picnic table outside under a cloudy sky! I'd say it was a WIN.

The food here was amazing! There is something for everyone here. Plenty of vegetarian options. The pancakes are so fluffy and delicious. The green Chile gravy is something to definitely not miss! The perfect New Mexican take on a classic dish.

What a great surprise on this lonely backcountry road. An old fashioned diner serving just the very best examples of heart American diner food. The biscuits and gravy are incredible, the oatmeal breakfast is gourmet. And they women serving are the friendliest. And it has Wi-Fi! In this region where cell coverage is terrible. This helps.
A very pleasant place to recuperate.

If you are looking for a Michelin star, this is the wrong place. If you want good, home made bread and huge servings that are delicious, this is the place! The BALT sandwich (a BLT with avocado on grilled texas toast) was delicious. The homemade potato salad was good, but a little too much vinegar for my taste. Their pizza is thick with cheese. Can hardly wait to try their biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

What an Oasis! Found this gem on our way to Santa Fe. Couldn't have been happier to find some solid espresso options in a beautiful area around Reserve. Staff was great, baked good options looked nice and affordable, and the food menu looked tasty too! Definitely pull off and freshen up at Adobe... Not much beyond Reserve for this kind of fare. Thanks for a great stopping spot!

Food was delicious! Sat outside due to COVID so we had to deal with some bees who wanted a sip of our syrup. We had the biscuits and gravy, Nickwhich, oatmeal, Adobe french toast, whole wheat pancakes. The pancakes were our favorite with the biscuits and gravy as a close second.

Great breakfast and baked goods!! Highly recommend if staying at the cosmic campground!
