This place is incredible! The food is really good (the burrito alone was one of my favorites), and the staff is insanely friendly. Also, the people from the area who stop by are warm and welcoming. You must visit this place!

Next time you're driving across New Mexico, skip the potholes and aggressive drivers on I-40 and cruise thru on the smaller roads. US-60 takes you right thru Pie Town, a wide spot in the road that's famous for -you guessed it- pies. You'll start to feel more relaxed as soon as you roll off the side of the pavement and onto the gravel in front of Does and Bucks Coffee and Cafe. I ordered "Eddie's Breakfast Sandwich". I don't know who Eddie is, but I'll just say that he knows a thing or two about what a breakfast sandwich is supposed to look like. My wife had a piece of pie and after one bite it became obvious why this place is called...Pie Town.

One of the BEST beef brisket sandwiches I have ever had!!! It was tender, moist, just the right amount of smoke-bark and a huge pile of beef between two buns. Seriously this was the best brisket I have ever eaten from any barbecue place including Kansas City. You must try it for yourself. The only problem is I liked it so much I don't know if I want to try anything else. LOL
Whenever I travel through Pie Town this will be my go-to place from now on.

Stopped by for a late lunch on Thursday during our “cousins” road trip.
Absolutely loved this place. Food was wonderful. I had brisket with smoked veggies. So tasty and very large portions. Finished with a piece of key lime pie which was also outstanding.
Highly recommend stopping here. Owners and staff are so helpful and as mentioned, food is terrific.

We came after lunch so our pie selection was less than desirable. However, the New Mexico apple pie was delish!

I had a delicious Breakfast Burrito. It was big enough to take half to go for lunch. That left room for a slice of NM Apple Pie. It is made by adding pinon nuts and green chili. An awesome taste, my slice was heated up with a scoop of ice cream. Excellent service. Good prices.
