Otowi Cafeteria

Staff always on phone and complain if you ask to make coffee when empty hate to be that person to complain

It's cafeteria food, but it's extremely above-average cafeteria food. The burgers are tasty and the Frito pie is amazing and made with people chili!

The only thing not terrific is the location.

Smells like the trash room on a Navy ship. Small portions. Always out of things. Aramark is a criminal company that profits off the lack of dining options for government and military employees.

It's more expensive than the food is worth, but it's often worth the convenience of having an on-site cafeteria.
And the food isn't half bad either. :)
