Heard about their bagels and we decided we would try them. Aside from having a nice shelf life, i.e., a week, most of the bagels taste, pretty much like a plain one. We tried over the past 4 weeks, poppy seed, cinnamon, cinnamon and sugar, cinnamon and raisin (yes there were a few more than one), and cranberry and walnut. We'll try somewhere else for bagels.

Inconsistent espresso practices across baristas. Sometimes good shots, great microfoam, and pours...

Other times lattes look like a dish sponge.

Food and pastries are good.

Staff is courteous and considerate.

The staff is very friendly and they have a wide variety of drinks (although there coffee is amazing) not just coffee. It's a nice quiet atmosphere great for just relaxing with a warm cup of coffee or tea.

The coffee has been consistently good for years. Quiet atmosphere and nice snacks, you could spend a lot of time here and relax with friends.

Snag the sofas if you can, the chairs are not very comfortable for an extended time. They have WiFi and you can get a lot of work done in an afternoon while enjoying a good cup.

Ok so this cappuccino is delicious and how it's meant to be made. The bagel lox is so good and fresh! Highly recommend. 5 Stars! Customer service lovely.

Worst chorizo burrito in my life. The coffee is good though. I wish I'd taken a picture of it as proof that this isn't hyperbole. The cook actually burned the chorizo and added it to separately scrambled eggs and the cheese was a hardened slice of cheddar. The burro was then placed in a panini maker. Oh well :(

Really delicious coffee and vast variety. Good atmosphere, but my goodness the service is atrociously slow. So you'd probably opt for the drive-thru right? Wrong. For every car in line at the drive-thru, add another 9-10 minutes for a wait. This is not one data point but an average of many visits. If there are more than 2 cars in line then I pass by. Ordering any food that requires cooking (paninis) will be about a 20-minute wait. It's horrendously slow service but if you have nowhere to be, it's a nice place. Probably 85% of the price you pay at Starbucks, which is only a quarter mile away. 15% more money but 30% the wait..

Amazing people, great coffee, delicious food!
Love the green chile cream cheese on any of their bagels. The staff is pleasant and the atmosphere is great for casual conversation.

Here's what it comes down to for me: The coffee is pretty good, although a bit overpriced on many drinks; the staff is very slow, rude and very unprofessional (every encounter I've had, particularly with one mentioned in another review on here, had been an awful one); finally, the store hours are completely wrong. I've called or stopped by at 9pm (when 10pm is closing time) and everything was shut down!

This place has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, due to a lack of management, quality service and conducting business in a professional manner, this customer is not only unimpressed but moreover very disappointed. I don't need to go to a coffee shop that makes me feel unimportant and only cares about my money. I'll save my money for a better coffee shop around town.

Not a fan of leaving negative reviews, because some days things just don’t go right and I get that, but the last three times my wife and I ate there, our food would come out 10-15 minutes apart.. and today, my roast beef panini literally had no roast beef in it. None. It was nearly burnt bread with a few traces of green chile and that was about it. Our experiences there have not been good lately. Coffee and atmosphere is ok though, but we’re done going there.
