The owner and staff are extremely friendly, customer service is excellent. I had Mediterranean quiche and potato soup, they were both heavenly. I would have loved to have had dessert as the bakery there is quite extensive and EVERYTHING displayed in the bakery looked good and smelled good, but I was very full from my wonderful lunch. This place is a real gem, worth the wait if they are busy.

Only went in to order pastries to go, can't really comment on all the menu. The pastries were okay, but obviously they weren't fresh. The taste wasn't bad but the top layer of the Napoléon was rock-hard. It really made the taste experience disappointing. I understand restaurants don't want to waste food, nobody does, but it would be nice to know they weren't fresh from this morning and maybe not have to pay full price for day(s)-old items.

Amazing first visit! The breakfast was excellent! Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Our waiter was so good and attentive! Nice young man. The pastries and cookies were delicious! I will definitely repeat!

A lovely little nook to have breakfast, brunch or lunch. The decor and atmosphere is calm yet energetic, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Always try a new pastry either there or to go, you will not be disappointed.

Surrounded by the desert southwest exists a French Patisserie, Le Rendez-vous Café. Exquisite tarts, delicious chocolate croissant, danishes and so much more
Charming cafe inside, outside seating as well
We had several tarts with perfectly crispy flaky shells stuffed with bright lemon, delicious raspberry, crisp apples. The chocolate croissant didn’t last to get a picture and the apple tart was almost gone when we got a photo.
Absolutely delicious, highly recommended

Small but quaint. The young man who served me was extremely helpful and polite. The food( quiche and Bisque shrimp soup) was surprisingly good. But it is the tarts, pies, the deserts are the big draw and I find no fault there!! Delicious! Had the key lime tart...OMG!!!

**update June 2021**
so happy to see them thriving after 2020
the owner came out and even asked if the patio seating was comfortable. great brunch super friendly service.
What a pleasant surprise given the view from the outside looks like it's in the middle of an abandoned strip mall.
The quiche and crepes were phenomenal! I also loved the friendly staff! The bakery goods we had were great too, especially the baguettes and croissants! Luckily it was busy on a Sunday morning brunch so I hope they are able to stay open despite being in a more remote, rural area. Despite how small the kitchen was, there was little wait for our food and it did not disappoint our taste buds.
I very much appreciate having this as a dining option in NM!

I’m all about quality and this place delivers. Good coffee. Food quality and presentation is great. The fresh fruit cup was excellent and had a wonderful variety - it wasn’t all grapes and apples but had berries as well. Service is good but not perfect, but I’m a serial solo diner so it’s not unusual to be a little forgotten about. Ambiance is delightful. Why this place hasn’t appeared in my searches for LC restaurants is beyond my understanding.
