Always great service, friendly staff, and delicious drinks and snacks. The only downside is that everyone loves Undergrounds, so you'll probably have to wait a few minutes to get your caffeine fix.

I love how sweet they employees are! And the coconut sweet tea is the bomb not to mention the chicken salad sandwiches wroth lettuce avocado and cheese on sour dough! Mmmm

Love the weekly tea specials. They are good. I loved the brownies with the pecans on them. They were fresh moist, nice and warm.

I love undergrounds and their atmosphere. But when i need to do homework they close early. Either way good place. Good food. Nice staff.

I was only in town for a few days, but I went here every day! I tried a ton of stuff and everything was excellent! I thought my local coffee shop was great, but Underground's is perfection!

Broad variety of coffee and beverages as much as for a nice presentation and taste of the displayed sweets and baked goods, short waiting time and great taste, smooth setting and relaxing atmosphere, staff is responsive and helpful to new customers as they are friendly with loyal capitol, community supportive and home feeling.

Cashier was condescending and rude. Flies all around the seating area. Pastries tasted days old, coffee drinks were mediocre. Lower class establishment catering to the same. Complete disappointment.

Great service and helpful staff! Love going here for coffee, redbull drinks and teas. They also have great scones and brownies.

Favorite place to get for a treat Hawaiian Sprite delicious the one on Grimes is better

I love this place, but it could use a deep cleaning; counters, floors, walls. And it would be more professional if there was a "uniform" in place. Leggings aren't always a good look.
