We stopped here this morning to grab some coffee and bagels before getting back on the road. My partner and I both agree that we have never had better, more amazing coffee OR better bagels (which the guy was making BY HAND!!!). Absolutely in love with the food, the service, and everything about this coffee shop!!!!

After 5 days of driving the Texas panhandle and wandering thru New Mexico, I was filled with great views and some great brews of the hops and barley kind but sorely missing good coffee. When I walked into Gallup Coffee Company and saw the bags of green beans, I knew I had found the right place. Delicious hot or cold. Friendly and welcoming staff. They even have a travel model of my beloved Aeropress for sale.

You can not beat the quality of this coffee and atmosphere. The owners and staff are a delight and so engaged in their craft and service. I hope they bring back sandwiches soon! I can not stress enough how delectable the food was. They are opening a pizza order next door. Must visit in historic downtown Gallup.

Does not disappoint! Passing through and looked for hot tea for me and Java for Husband. Loose leaf even! Great bagels and a blueberry muffin with huge berries inside! Neither your grocery store variety kind mind you but made with thought and yum! Highly recommend for travelers as well as locals since that was the majority of traffic on this business day. A good sign.

Just had the best espresso coffee and the freshest handmade everything bagel! Our bagel was firm on the outside and warm, soft, and fluffy on the inside. Thanks for making my 7am morning so much better.

For as small of a city as Gallup is, you wouldn't expect to big-city quality coffee roasters. This coffee shop's back must be hurting from holding the city up with its caffeinated goodness.

Located in the heart of Mainstreet, parking is easily found, and the sign leads you right into an inviting space. There is plenty of seating, and often full of patrons enjoying free wifi and drinks.

The coffee is INCREDIBLE. Some of my favorites are their New Mexican-flavored Biscochito Latte, and their cold brew - it is quality. They also offer baked goods which, technically is a separate business, but still in the same shop. Their bagels are to die for, and they serve some really great cream cheese with green chile. The best part? The prices are incredibly cheap - $3.00 for a cold brew in 2021? It's unheard of!

The service is attentive and kind. Overall this coffee shop has everything you'd want it to have: vibes, excellent coffee, and even specialty blends to take home. I cannot recommend this shop enough.

Good coffee they roast themselves, friendly staff, very pleasant atmosphere; I really don't have anything negative to say. A local recommended this shop to me after we talked coffee for a bit, and I was not steered wrong. While I was there, they started roasting coffee with the roaster they have in the front window, which was also a fun process to watch. Definitely stop in here, even if it's only for the best road fuel on this stretch of I-40.

I’ve been to Gallup multiple times and am disappointed I didn’t check out this coffee place earlier. The place itself is nice and comfortable, the service is quick and friendly and the drinks are great. They also sell bags of specialty coffee and since I like trying new flavors I got a bag of their “Mexico” coffee blend-it was delicious. I would recommend this place.

After a week of mediocre coffee on vacation in Scottsdale and Sedona, AZ, we were thrilled to find this coffee shop. Clean and spacious, delicious bagels and our best coffee yet in a solid, tall ceramic mug. Thank you!
