This restaurant is the best ramen in town. I've had my favorite Tonkotsu ramen last week. The service was great and the food was delicious.

We've had takeout poke bowls several times in the last year. Ordering online, the food is ready when I get there, and the service is friendly. Poke bowls are excellent, great mix of flavors and *plenty* of seafood in the standard size bowl.

We like the pork belly. The other dishes are very good too. The poke has a good variety and is tasty. The Boba tea is refreshing. Overall, I give it a thumbs up 👍

I was surprised to learn they serve food, not just bubble tea. The food was good, but not particularly memorable. I think I had some sort of noodle dish.

Thank you for being rude and for messing up my order. Almost 60 dollars for mostly dissapoiment. Asked where my second drink was and was told I didn't order one...um? It's right there on my receipt. Yanked the straws out of my hand because they were the wrong ones...could have just said something.
Should think about hiring decent people to run your business next time.

The food was great! I'm glad they have a ramen/poke sushi bowl place now. I would have given this location 5 stars, but when we were visiting this location it was an HR prior to closing. The cashier's seemed annoyed that we choose to come during this time to order. We did place an order over $100.00 and decided to eat in. At this time they were cleaning the restrooms. I thought ok no problem I'll wait to wash my hands and relieve myself when it's open again. We waited for our food and when it came out I wanted to go wash my hands as well I wanted my children to wash their hands but the restrooms were still closed down. So when getting my order I asked them when the restrooms would be open. The cashier's stated it was closed for the remainder of the night because they already cleaned it. Me as a customer told them I would like to relieve myself and wash my hands prior to eating. It's not like I could go anywhere else and I'm dining in. They stated the chemicals they use needs to sit for 30mins before being wiped down. Holdong my urine in and not being able to wash my hands before eating was a no go for me after spending $$ at your establishment.
This is exactly why you should be doing cleaning procedures after you close. If you close at 8pm then do so. Customer care should be taken in mind when running a business. Not because your cashier's wanna leave early or get out exactly at closing time.
As a 1st time customer I was very impressed with the food. But with the service and guest interaction was a no go for me. Hopefully this changes. I will be returning but just not an HR prior to closing.

Ordered ahead online and lunch was ready when I arrived! Poke bowl tasted great! Loved my bubble tea 🧋will be back!

I’m grateful there is finally a real bowl of ramen in the area. The Tonkotsu broth is balanced with great consistency and I nice fat ratio. I would like it to be a bit more “fishy” to get a traditional flavor but I know thats not for the masses. Their chashu falls apart in the bowl which is great.

Cons: The noodles where a bit over cooked. I appreciate the straight noodle, which is true to its origins. Also extra noodles will set you back $4. Being that where were over cooked I couldn’t tell the quality but $4 dollars is steep. Another con is the egg, it’s hard bowled. I would of appreciated a soft bowled egg but again it’s probably one of those things that is for the masses.

All and all I still give it a 5 just out of sheer gratitude that they’re here. In a sea of fast food. We need more places like this. Thank You!

Was attending a small business that hosted a Stray Kids event with my teens. Their special drink was pretty good. It was also a Pokémon stop!

You have customers coming to the door with this light on when you're not open. Yup definitely a Farmington business.....

Thank you for acknowledging this review. It's not about the break time being on the sign that's lit up it's about the sign itself being on and misleading customers. As far as leaving an "actual review" as you called it idk if it will happen now. I can't get over the number of people that drove up and went to the door thinking you were open and that was in 10 minutes!
