Coffee Bistro

i have gone here for lunch twice now - they are UNBELIEVABLY, consistently delicious (& i'm talking like... *DELICIOUS*)! great customer service, phenomonal food, & we were worried that it was going to take forever, because of the long line... nope!! very prompt service & the food quality & taste didn't suffer even a little. outstanding!

Came into town for business and got brunch here. Ordered the Duke breakfast bagel and shared a side of fries with a friend. Fantastic food that was hot, fresh, severed quickly, and was delicious. Literally one of, if not THE best breakfast bagel I've ever had. Highly recommended this place...go see their friendly staff and place an order.

The food was tasty, and the service was quick. Pricey though for a local coffee and sandwich shop. Overall, we will be back.

So my experience with Coffee Bistro was not good. In my opinion there is price to quality disconnect. First of all, the order was wrong. Secondly the breakfast burger was really greasy and bland. Not only that, it came with no sides and no drinks at $10. Definitely not worth the price. This was my first time eating at this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. There are WAY better bistro type options in the area that have better quality and are less expensive.

I enjoyed this establishment quite a bit. It has a rustic vibe with a cool environment. The food seems fresh and is quite tasty. Service is swift and courteous. It is good to see another local restaurant doing so well and serving up great products.

A great place off the main highway to grab fresh tasty food. They have a great atmosphere for relaxing or a quick bite. They offer take out and are attached to a shop that sells green house type materials and country decor. They have breakfast and lunch options and have fresh baked goods. There is a kids menu and several healthy options.

Girl working the window is very unpleasant and rude. Seems to hate her job. Food is overpriced. We bought two lunch meat sandwiches( no sides) and a medium sprite and it came to $22.

Service was fine but I noticed at least 3 employees (of the 4 total I saw) did not wear masks despite the statewide mask mandate in NM and several patrons without masks. I was glad I didn’t order food because I would be so grossed out to have people breathing all over it given the current pandemic.
