Sitting on my porch enjoying a delicious cup of coffee with Black Bear coffee beans and thought I should write a review. Stopped in Black Bear Coffee Shop a few weeks ago for a cup of coffee and thought the coffee was so good I should buy some beans. Great decision! So happy that Cloudcroft has such a wonderful coffee shop!

Really great smelling store and a nice girl working behind the counter. I will go back often. This from the author of "The Reckoning of Rance," out now at Amazon and select book stores across the nation. Get yourself a copy and brew yourself up some coffee from this store and enjoy both for a while. I highly recommend it.

The inside is quite nice the drip coffee was good but the lattes were off. The worse one was the fall special pumpkin pie. Sadly that is one of the things I look forward too every year and this one was let down. Other than that great staff and cozy!

Such a sweet little coffee shop! The coffee is amazing with some cozy, creative options and the staff is always welcoming. There is also goodies/gifts to buy. The scents of their candles are amazing!

The staff were friendly and very prompt to help us. When we told them it was our first time trying them out, they were incredibly helpful and sweet. They made delicious drinks in a very timely manner - and we had a larger order! Thank you Black Bear. You lived up to all of your hype!

Good coffee. Good Chai tea. Great variety. Really nice staff & owners. Nice place for a break in the downtown area.

Came here to get some computer work done today and was thrilled. The shop is comfy, the music is awesome, and the staff is super sweet. Also, the dirty chai is an awesome drink!

We had cappuccino for the adults and cinnamon bun steamers for the kids. Everyone happy. Nice staff. Relaxed atmosphere.
