Visited for the first time, and the barista helped me select a decaf iced beverage. Delicious drink and very comfortable outdoor seating. I hope to visit again soon for their baked-from-scratch pastries.

The proximity to the office makes the Journal Center location desirable. It certainly isn't the food.
I tried Graburrito for the first time in years hoping for improvement. As before I found it very substandard in taste and texture. The dried out and over toasted tortilla made it difficult to eat. The interior contents were bland and dry, plus the horrible salsa on the side did nothing to help. Way too much money for a lousy product.
Bottom line is I might go there for a cup of coffee, but for me the food is a no go. I like value and taste in my good which I'm not going to find at Satellite.

Lots of coffee options: nondairy milks (oat, almond, soy) and signature lattes with tons of flavors. Dog friendly patio with water bowls and biscuits! Covered seating outside too.

Manager Christine keeps the original Nob Hill Satellite location "vibe" alive with tremendous service and that oh so delicious Mocha grande, God how I miss the original spot at Carlisle and Central.

Online ordering was a mess and they don’t offer a mobile app and its 2019! But the drinks were pretty good but i prefer Starbucks. It just seems a bit outdated for the industry they are in and my online order was not at all entered into the system. Luckily i had my e-receipt because there was no trace of my order.

I gave it two only because the guy was slightly polite. Cute place, SHOULD have just got the free hotel room coffee...all watery as they added more hot water to a small Americano. Not even mildly ok, when you have a Simonelli Espresso machine, should be rich, with body and a pressed flavor shot...

I love this place. The coffee drinks are a step above the national chains, with some unique drinks I haven't seen or tasted elsewhere. The baristas are friendly and the vibe is welcoming.
