We had two iced lattes. Excellent coffee! Very smooth, no bitterness. Some of the best I’ve ever had.

Luke warm coffee I asked for hot I didn’t finish it had a bitter taste ! Can I make a suggestion on your empanadas how about making them smaller ( half size) so when you give them to people broken and falling apart because mine fell apart the napkins in bag stuck to it and you can give 2 nice looking not a broken up 1 ! The lady after me asked not to put napkins in bag so it wasn’t just me ! First time may be my last

Plata Coffee @ Sawmill Market is an excellent place for an iced latte... with oat milk might I add. Just the right taste of a bold coffee flavor and not too milky. Will definitely stop by there again.

The service here is exceptional! I don’t often post about good service because, let’s be honest, there’s not a lot of that around here...

The crew of two worked efficiently, doing prep work to ensure the barista didn’t get behind, got orders out in a VERY timely manner and every drink was perfected. Having experience as a barista in a past life I appreciate the attention to detail tremendously.

Keep up the phenomenal work, Plata!

Customer service was okay but the chai or coffee latte were sub par. Who puts milk in coffee but not sugar? The cups fell apart after 15 minutes of being filled with a hot liquid and that might explain the two cup method I saw them using. The lid cannot be replaced if you have to open your lid to add sugar to the coffee. I don't reccomend this coffee shop for takeout. At least if the tea spills it will spill in their A.O. and not spill in my car. I will be returning to the sawmill but not to this coffee shop. Starbucks is a way better organization yet they are also a horrible coffee shop. Pinon coffee has better coffee and they only serve pinon coffee.

Ordered an espresso and a cup of Aeropress. The barista pulled a really tasty shot, and it was probably the best Aeropress I've ever had. Wish I'd have gotten their recipe!

We got normal drip coffee and chai from here. Honestly, it was most bland, sour, and watery drinks me and my friends have had. Evironmentally friendly and natural so we gave it the benefit of the doubt, yet still we are disappointed. The staff was friendly and helped make our drinks palatable the second time around and we are incredibly thankful, but still heavily underwhelmed. They have a lot of things going for them as a coffeeshop, and we really want them to be successful, something is just off with the water to tea/coffee ratio.

The campfire mocha is delicious! Great atmosphere and good coffee. A little pricier than other comparable places in town for lattes, but great tastes. There’s some wonderful breakfast places in building also.

They know their stuff! Rose (one of the owners) and Amanda are SUPER knowledgeable about hipster coffee and brews. Huge fan! If you want quality coffee (they use Iconik from Santa Fe), this is the place to go.

Plata coffee is great! Wonderful, positive team and great coffee and Matcha. Their aesthetic is also very cool. Definitely check this place out for coffee near old town!
