Convenient and amazing coffee! I work across the street and it's hard not to go every day! I never understood the differences in coffee and a good roast until trying coffee here. Now I know what good coffee is

One of the best coffee houses in town! Real baristas that know how to craft proper espresso drinks. Excellent and friendly service. And lets not forget that they roast there own coffee! Excellent!!!

This is a place you cannot compare to anything. It's in a house right in nob hill and it fells cozy. There are many places to sit. But it's in such a great part of town that you can grab your drink and walk around. The coffee is amazing. They know what they are doing with different roasting techniques that I've never tried before. Parking can be tricky but it's worth it.

Great place! Highly recommended for coffee options and ambiance!

Lovely place to study and have some good coffee. The atmosphere is really nice, the inside sitting options have very nice lighting for reading and completing work. The coffee blends are exceptional; I'll often buy a bag for a friend or family member who is also a fan of Michael Thomas Coffee.

The baristas were very friendly and more than happy to answer our questions. They explained the brews of the day and were very patient while we decided on our drinks. The coffee was delicious!

What a fun coffee shop! It's got a unique interior with plenty of seating and lots of windows. It's a great place to study or talk quietly. The staff is friendly and will help you find the coffee you will love. They have 4 different types of coffee preparation from pour over to siphon. Their baked treats are great too. They even have a nice, secluded courtyard area.

This is how coffee should be.
I got a large (20oz) cup. They asked the questions I love to be asked
- Would you prefer a lighter or darker roast?
- Is this origin good? (It was Honduras and I *love* South American beans!)
It was fresh. It was simple. It was the perfect heat. They left the perfect amount of room for cream.
The barista was super pleasant, informative, and nice.
They have a great selection of classic coffee shop options, rather than a bloated modern menu.
I’ll be back here next time I’m in town, for sure.

Stopped in for my first time a few days ago. Although I was a little taken aback at the confused look I got when I asked if they could do a blonde pour over, overall I really like this coffee shop. Ultimately, the medium bodied pour over I did order came out tasting really smooth. The space also had a nice energy about it. Nice mix of people. All courteous. I will definitely be back. And soon. And I will be picking up some roasted beans to carry home on my next visit over the next few days.

Visited this place for the first time some time ago and have been dying to go back! I tried their Mike'a Mocha per recommendation and it is the best mocha I've had to date. Definitely recommend checking out them out!
