A+ for into your design....F- for customer service and idiocy of not working check card use into their business plan. CASH ONLY IS DUMB!!! But hey the place looks incredible inside so that’s what really matters right??? Booo

We stopped in about 1:45 p to grab an Iced coffee while shopping. We ordered 2 iced coffees with oat milk. We walked to the right to pick up our order and the oat milk was warm (along with the almond milk sitting on counter ). I asked for cold oat milk since it’s perishable and they said they didn’t have any ? Just beware before purchasing, would hate for anyone to get sick .

I gave it a 2 star because the sandwich was good but the customer service was horrible. Very rude women. Just a tip from someone who spends a lot of time in coffee shops, your typically the first person someone sees in the am to get their daily fix of some freshly brewed coffee. How about umm, maybe smile and not seem so p***ed when asked a question. If your that typical local who hates all the vacationers, than don’t have a coffee shop in Stone Harbor, because it’s probably 90% of your business.

The women serving us was kind of rude. The customer in front of us asked if they had a certain type of bagel and the women said that the menu was right there. Indicating that she wasn’t going to answer the question and that they should look at the menu them selves. Additionally, when i ordered a plain bagel with butter, i got back one with cream cheese. When we tried to get it redone, they were out of plain bagels. But, the chocolate muffin was ok.

Great coffee, great pastries from New York, lousy customer service and resting $%%$$% faces. Read other reviews posted about their attitude and rudeness. There are other places to go in Stone Harbor. I will take my money elsewhere.

Bought a Nature's bar, paid, and noticed it was expiring in 3 days. Told the lady behind the counter and she said, "it's not expired"; meaning it still had 3 days left.

These bars are bought 2 or 3 years prior, so I knew it was sitting around. I asked for a refund and the lady looked shocked and replied "you want a refund?". She did refund my money.

I have been there since thinking they improved and they are miserable. Never again!

Score: 8.4 coffee minus (automatic 4 point deduction for bad customer service and being miserable), total score 4.4 = CANCELED!

this used to be my favorite place but it’s just gone completely downhill. gave it three more tries after my first bad experience because i’ve been going here my entire life but i’ve officially given up. rude staff, got charged for three coffees and wasn’t given a refund, coffee gets worse and worse every time, watery and inconsistent. cafe noir is the real place to go

Coffee was great but all of the pastries were covered in icing and too sweet. Those would be excellent chocolate croissants without the extra sugar.

Employees really push for that cash, was about to pull some out then my boyfriend saw the Venmo sign and decide to use Venmo instead. Older Cashier seemed visibly annoyed that I didn’t end up pulling the cash and did Venmo instead. She didn’t offer Venmo either , she just said they accept cash. However when leaving a group of youngladies where being checked out and the cashier offered them the option of cash or Venmo.

Felt as if there was underlining personal issues with the way we looked , to why she didn’t offer.

If you want some really good coffee and very comfortable environment this is the place to be. I highly recommend the different flavor cappuccinos that they offer . My personal favorite the "Milky Way". My wife and I found ourselves going back just about every morning. Had good conversation with different people which was always something to look forward to. If you choose to sit outside that's fine too they have some very comfortable seating just out back and what's called "The Alley". If you need AC comfortable places abound inside. This would easily be a five star rating if only the decaf blend was better than just average. But no worries we will definitely be back !! Recommend this place to anyone !!

Price doesn’t adequately represent the amount and quality of the food you get. Coffee tastes watered down and their flavors don’t taste as they should.
