This was a great place for a cup of coffee in the evening. It was a beautiful evening in Princeton. Temperature was right for once this summer there wasn't any rain. The service here was good and friendly. I had the Mexican hot chocolate and found it to be quite good it had just the right amount of cayenne, and it was not too sweet. I recommend this place unreservedly.

When I heard the low reviews on Yelp I had to make a comment on here...Great coffee, great atmosphere. Give it five stars..Get my beans from here every week. Don't give much weight to the reviews on Yelp, Yelp is a complete joke.

Very buzzing, lively place, fun atmosphere and super warm staff. Astonishingly however, my order of a “small, single-shot cappuccino” threw them into a friendly kind of disarray. Two different staff members tried to parse my order, “so you want a small flat white but extra fluffy?” No, I want a cappuccino. “But that’s 10 oz”. Well, I want a small one please. “I don’t know how to put that order into the system”. All spoken with a smile, but seriously? What I received wasn’t a cappuccino, it was an espresso macchiato, a shot of espresso marked with some milk foam. Sorry folks but that’s not the same beverage and at $6 for a coffee, you have to get it right. A cappuccino order shouldn’t take any explaining, however many shots are in it.

A nice coffee place.
Iced tea and brownies were decent. Friends really liked the coffee, it smells amazing. The employees are pleasant, efficient and helpful.
Lots of tables but most are full of people using it as their office. Some people looked like they were there for hours. Some nice outdoor seating.
Better than a Starbucks.

Oat milk Latte was really good and mild. The line was long, but it’s really worth it. Definitely come back.

Cute shop but very crowded. The coffee was okay, they charge extra for flavors which you can barely taste. Wouldn’t go out my way for this.

The food and drinks here are great. They have a very large selection of teas and coffee, and the staff is extremely friendly. One aspect that really differentiates small world coffee from other coffee shops is it's atmosphere. It has a really chill vibe with a very diverse art scene. Every month there is a new artist's work all around the coffee shop which always makes the place seem fresh and enjoyable. If you want a chill place to study or just hangout with friends, I would strongly recommend this place.

Good coffee had a tall latte, hot chocolate, and carrot cake for about $13 pretty reasonable for downtown Princeton. The shop was buzzing at 7pm on a Saturday night with locals, students, and people visiting town. They had live music which was nice to cancel out the many conversations going on around us but yet not loud enough to where conversation is disrupted. I liked the seating options and we stayed for over an hour sipping and talking. The hot chocolate was definitely on the sweet side and the carrot cake cake part was tasty but the buttercream on top was too rich for my liking. Come for the coffee and try out the dessert can't go wrong.

My favorite coffee shop on earth. I LOVE Small World so much. It has what I consider to be the absolutely perfect coffee shop vibe; it’s a warm, friendly place with a ton of space to do work and has a certain authenticity to it that so many coffee shops today lack. It’s totally old school. My friend and I went there at least 3 times a week for the four years we were at school nearby and never tired of it. Their cappuccinos are phenomenal (especially paired with one of their delicious ginger cookies!!). Their coffeebeans are wonderful. My roommate and I always bought their Morning Blend to make our morning pour-overs in our dorm. The staff their always remembered our orders and were incredibly congenial. We both agreed that Small World is what we will miss most about the Princeton area. I cannot praise them enough!
