Rook Coffee

Usually when so many rave about something, I'm typically disappointed...but here for once I was very pleasantly surprised. We got their mocha style & it was smooth & very delicious. I just wish we got a larger size!

The coffee is good, however, the cups are of very poor quality. The lid did not fit properly and the hot coffee spilled all over my hands and my car. It was not the fault of the employee, rather it was the poor quality of the cup and lid. When I went back into the store, another customer came back in with the same issue. in fact, this customer said this has happened to her before. i hope this problem is resolved so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Coffee is good but pricey. You can only order thru the app. PITA. ! Thank you Marc for responding. My only other issue was that it was too sweet. I asked for sugar. I think the baseline amount should be half of what was put in, and then if the customer wants it sweeter, offer extra sugar like you do with milk/cream. 👍

All of the hot coffee tastes the same lately no matter which roast or you choose. Hot water with milk and sugar, or just like very watered down coffee if you order it plain.

I drive 20 miles to get Rook coffee, I love their iced coffee and fresh scones.
Their coffee is a available in many types and strength they even have Turkish style if you want a boost

Cinnamon vanilla cold brew is amazing! Bought the bottle today to make at home too. My son got me hooked with one one of these cold brews.

I drove right past the huge line at "DnD" straight to Rook this morning. Just make sure to download the app and order before you leave or order from the app when you get there. With the Covid precautions they have in place, you can only order from the app, but it makes it MUCH easier and faster. They meet you at the door with your order way before the time indicated on the app. You just trimmed off about 15-20 minutes waiting in line at "DnD"!

If I had any issues it would be that they didn't have sleeves for the cups and the coffee cup was hot. I understand, however, better for the enviroment. The other would be that the lid on the 20oz size cup is not tight enough to withstand pulling out of the cup holder in my car. So remove with caution! Fix that and I would give them six stars if I could.

Fun seasonal flavors change throughout the year but the staples remain consistently great!
