Positively 4th Street

Good local food and coffee. Was happy with everything I got. Good specialty lattes, good baked goods, and other breakfast items. Loved the egg sandwiches with baked eggs. Great vibe to the place as well. Recommended!

The apple, grilled chicken, and brie sandwich was the best sandwich I've ever had. It was so good, I didn't even remember to take a picture.

I didn't think that the best macchiato I've had since Paris was gonna be in Ocean City, but here we are. Beautiful potted garden, healthy options that my picky child will actually eat, kind staff. I can't think of anything negative to say, but if I keep listing what I love I'll be here all day. This cafe is a gem.

I ordered, wearing a mask, a smoothie, an unsweetened iced tea and a muffin and shared them with husband outside. Then asked if I could use the restroom and was told, cruelly, to go to the public restroom on the boardwalk at 6th St several blocks away. The cashier did not even bother saying it kindly. I have IBS and I didn't know if I was going to make it... Fortunately I found another coffee shop where they were willing to let me use their restroom. I would never come here again. "Positively" should not be part of their name.

Had maybe the best eggs of my entire life here. The multigrain bread used on the egg sandwich is fantastic. The food is perfectly seasoned and reasonably priced for the quality. The vibe of the place is really the icing on a superior cake.

Sept 2021: Good coffee. Friendly staff. Update Sept 2022: still excellent coffee & latte & friendly staff. I am so pleased that their coffee window opens before the restaurant does so I could get my coffee fix at 6:30a.

Yum! Fresh baked scones, muffins and cakes. The talented and always friendly baristas brighten my day. Recommend to anyone who wants an excellent coffee drink or a light bite to eat.

Wow. Great vibe, food and service. Just need plates, silverware and cups.

Extremely kind owner. Each time I’ve been here, they’ve gone above and beyond. Last time, I arrived 20 mins after their kitchen closed and they still made me a smoothie. Today, I asked for a very specific engraving style and color on their hydro flasks (which are awesome and you should check em out) and I was blown away with how much the owner went out of his way to help me find exactly what I wanted. Really kind and easy going place!

Nice selection of baked goods and breakfast foods. Had the egg cheese bacon and potatoes sandwich. Nice atmosphere. John takes good care of his guests. We stayed in the BnB above the shop. Lovely.
