I suspect there is a change of ownership as I have been to this place over the last many years but the quality of the produce use to make their drinks is not fresh.

Ordered 2 boba drinks online and when I got home found out the straws they gave me weren't even big enough for the boba pearls, so the straw just keeps getting blocked off at the bottom, making it impossible to drink through the straw, and I don't get any of the boba. Boba drinks are supposed to have wide straws so you can suck up the boba. I can't even drink the two drinks I ordered. I live about an hour away too. Waste of my time and money.

Used to be my favorite place with great atmosphere but first time there in a while and it completely changed. The boba was hard and kinda dry? Not sure how to describe it. The mochi ice cream was good but u only get one for the price which isn’t on the menu anywhere. Macaroons were definitely the best thing imo. And the general atmosphere was just off. The employees I interacted with seemed kinda sad/annoyed to be there. Spent 15 on regular size black tea, 1 macaroon pack and 1 mochi. Bummed bc its the only boba place in the area rlly. Definitely wouldn’t return tho :/

UPDATE: they now have indoor seating 🤗
Service is very nice, no indoor dining. The drink was good I got an iced coffee which I asked to be blended but was omw to work so no time to be a Karen about it. Although I liked the drink I would feel like for $8 I should have the option of sitting in or more Starbuck like experience for the price.

Imagine driving 20+ minutes to come here only to find they decided to close half hour early. This is a normal occurrence here. But the drinks are good. Seriously guys just change your listed hours of operation and stop lying about being open until 9pm.

Not worth wasting your time at this place! Very unprofessional and no customer service! Please send your employee to customer service class! I wanted to order two #6 drink without the "white/green jello", but the young girl who was taking my order said...I'm sorry but it's already in the cup and I cannot take the jello out. Like really?! How hard would it have been for her to take a spoon and scoop out the white/green jello?! It wasn't as if I was asking her to make a whole new creation drink for me! I wanted everything else that came with the drink! I just didn't want the white/green jello! Because this place lack customer service I will go to Philly's location and give them my business instead!...they have no problem taking a spoon and scooping out the white/green jello for me!!!

First, my daughter loves stuff from the shop and will probably continue to go there. I personally, will never spend another penny in that place again. They have horrible costumer service. It wasn't the kid at the register, or the older man that came out for what I guess is moral support, it was the woman that came out of the back very aggressively. It honestly was a misunderstanding that went wrong. I have had tazo brand passion tea many many times, so I guess I was thinking their tea would taste similar. So when I stepped outside and took a sip and it tasted completely different I thought I was given the wrong thing. I thought it tasted closer to peach or mango. I guess it is my mistake thinking fresh tea would taste the same. So I went in and talked to the kid at the counter and said I think I got the wrong thing, it tastes more like peach to me. He went in the back and all I could hear was a woman fussing that "it is passion tea". Then, the older man came out from the back and stood off to the side looking at me. Then, the kid came out and handed me another cup of the same thing. Then that woman came out of the back metaphorically swinging. She started right away aggressively, "that is passion tea I made it myself." I said "I'm sorry it tasted more like peach to me" (Me thinking of what I know of passion tea.) She said to take the new cup I was given. I asked if I could have black tea instead. She said, "I already made that for you. You should have said that when it was on the way back." I never asked to be given another cup of the same thing or to be given anything else at that point. I thought the kid was just double checking if it was passion tea. I figured either he would come out and say it was a mistake or explain it was not. I, as politely as I could, stated that I didn't like the taste of the tea, could I just have a black tea instead? They could have said, well that will be whatever dollars and I would have accepted and bought it. Instead the woman just points to the front of the counter "no exchanges or refunds." I said, "ok, I will take the first cup." The cup I came back in with that I already had the straw in it, and which she still had in her hand. She said pointing to the new cup again, "no that was already made for you." So I picked up the cup of a drink I didn't want and left and gave it to my daughter. If the woman had not been so aggressive I would asked specifically stating that I want to buy another cup of (black) tea. I didn't feel like that was an option at that point and I certainly didn't feel welcomed. She was just too aggressive and I just wanted to get out of there. I gave my daughter the drink. And now, I will never step back in that place again. Horrible costumer service by the drink maker woman.
