Kava Coffee House

So clastrophic, no one knew what went were or who got what, no sense of organization what so ever. Very very slow. Parking was awful!!

Very bad service, and very unhelpful staff. Got order wrong, and refused to fix or to refund.

Love the system here. Not a typical kosher coffee house. Nice menu, good service. Not cheap, but expected for a place like this. Love the drive-thru option!

first, i brought my own mug and instead of poring the coffee into the cup, they used a paper cup (apparently to save $0.05 cents worth of coffee by throwing away a $0.20 cup). second, no 1/2 and 1/2. third, the drip coffee was not hot. and lastly, and strangely, they face me a buzzer to notify me that the muffin i ordered was ready (took about 27 seconds). Just didn't get a good vibe here: won't be returning.

Food is ok but their phone/Online ordering is the worst in town. Takes longer then any other Lakewood establishment and I’ve yet to receive my order the way I placed it. Always something wrong with it.
Not a bad business if you choose to go there and order your food but I’d stay away of Phone/online orders

Cozy, friendly and great cappuccino. What more could you want. Come sit by the fire.
