Citispot Tea & Coffee

Nice place, clean, classic Starbucks coffeeshop atmosphere. Only complaint is that the bobas in the bubble tea are almost hard in their centers.

The Coffee is outstanding and the views are gorgeous! Located in the heart of Clinton next to the Musconetcong River, Clinton Bridge and Hunterdon Art Museum it is a great place to visit. Very comfortable inside and the staff is always a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent spot for great coffee, teas, hot chocolate & miscellaneous pastries. The owner and staff always provide excellent, friendly and fast service.

Great place to sit and hang out after a long day of school. Does have free WiFi, which is great for a little bit of Netflix with your coffee. Only have had one bad drink there out of the many times I have gone.

The Barista was super friendly and helpful, and she recommended a half-sweet iced white mocha latte. I think it's my new favorite drink, and it was ready in two minutes!

Manager was rude! Telling us to hurry while we ordered our food and drinks! When he made our drinks he was rushing us to come and get them saying once again to hurry!!!!! NOT IMPRESSED!!😡hopefully somethings changes soo

This place is a freakin joke!!! 😂😂😂 anyone who has a brain will figure out its a knockoff and small town version of Starbucks not only the atmosphere but the prices too right down to the cups and the logo! 😂😂😂 also not to mention I went here about idk A few years ago maybe in 2014 and I got a small Oreo hot cocoa had 2 crumbs of Oreos and charged me 6$ avoid at all costs! Save your money!

I was very disappointed with the poor service we received today. We hardly go out for treats because of our sons food allergies but thought a hot chocolate would be okay since citispot uses Hershey's syrup which is safe for our son and the younger staff there had been amazing in the past. I requested that the milk be warmed in the microwave as they use almond milk on the frothers. The young man behind the counter understood and was willing to be accommodating. however the owner, even after being informed of my sons allergy, tried to pressure the young man to use the frothers anyway, because he did not want the inconvenience of having to watch the milk in the microwave so that it would not boil over. Thank god i was observing or this could have ended badly for us. I tried to explain that it needs not be very hot as it was for a four year old and he would just be happy that he was getting a treat out and that the frothers could not be used as that would be dangerous. The owner then told me in a very rude manner he would do it only this time but to never ask again. He may as well have told us to never come back because if we cannot make that request then we certainly cannot come back as it would be unsafe. I just want to say shame on you for not being able to take an extra minute out of your day to make an innocent little child happy. We will never be back in your establishment again and hope that in the future you take people's request seriously as you could hurt someone! This was certainly the worst customer service I have ever had in our wonderful small town.
