Cafe 101 & Carvery

We were taking an east coast road trip and stumbled across this gem of a restaurant! One of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had and the service was great!

Loved this family-run, hole-in-the-wall cafe! I stopped in for lunch while passing through and was not disappointed! I got a grilled cheese, which is basic, but they made it perfectly and it came with chips. The person I was with had a fresh salad with homemade dressing which they loved. I would definitely return when in the area!

Customer service is outstanding, they were friendly and prompt. That's the plus side. The downside are the value and quality. Located in an excellent niche central to the courthouse and offices they cater to a captive audience which is reflected in their hours of operation. The over use of oil to grill their sandwiches made the weight of the sandwiches belie the quantity of the ingredients, which was paltry at best and made for a laxative effect for the consumers of our foray into trying this chic bistro. On the plus end the turkey was moist but other ingredients were lacking and dressings were heavy handed. A good place to try but does not encourage return unless you are enamored of their vibe and decor.

Food is really good, prices aren’t bad, and the staff is really friendly.

If you want over the top delicious food, this is your place. We eat here often and have a few favorites, but also try the daily specials. Regardless of what you order it is put together perfectly, with flavors bursting. Any meal, any time, this place is tops! Super great staff, and the owner is always in. Make this a priority stop the next time you'd like to eat out, or grab something to go. You will not be disappointed.

my husband and I LOVE this place! their tomato soup is the best and I would say everything I have tried here has been sooooo delicious and such a great menu to choose from. All staff is friendly and kind. my favorite!

Stopped here on the recommendation of a very nice police officer. He was not wrong to steer us here. The food was amazing and the staff even better. We will be back!

Adorable coffee shop atmosphere with high quality food options. The best omelettes! Love their hands crafted dinner options on Thursday and Friday nights....prime rib is always amazing! Love these guys!
