Bagel Bazaar

Breakfast sandwich order was incorrect and did not taste good. My wife ordered an omelette that was so greasy and unappealing. She had to soak up the grease with napkins before eating because there was so much.

Every time I ask for a gluten free bagel they sell me and old bagels at the same price!!! Wrong it is wrong no one wants day old food at top dollar price! Never go back and will tell everyone how awful

Inconsistency!
I got take out for breakfast so many times this summer and every time the order comes out differently: bigger bagels/other times smaller bagels, sandwich cut in half/ not cut in half, I ask for bacon well done, bacon is not well done or is old…I ask for cheese, there is no cheese
The sandwiches are good in general I wish they will care more about the returning customers and keep the quality of their service.

The food is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and the service was awesome.

Did not live up to their reviews. At 1pm there were exactly FOUR bagels to choose from - 3 pumpernickel and 1 black Russian pumpernickel. They apparently make bagels once in the morning and that's it - even though open for lunch. Nothing like great Long Island or North Jersey bagels.

The first day you guys opened was very excited to have a different bagel shop near us. I love getting bagel sandwiches on the weekends. The day you opened sandwiches we're amazing. Since then I've ordered a couple of time for here and both times I've ordered my sandwiches have been completely wrong and the bagels tasted like they were frozen then thawed out. I live right down the street, so I order pick up and bring home. Once I get home I dont want to have to go back out to for someone else's mistake. I won't be ordering from here anymore. Instead I'll make the drive past there and go down to Rio Grande for my sandwiches from now on.

Waited 30 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese bagel with ketchup and hot sauce, people orderd sandwiches after me and still got them first. when i got it there was an open ketchup packet and 1 hot sauce packet
inside, instead of on the sandwich.

We tried this place for the first time today, with much anticipation. Ordered 1 breakfast sandwich and 4 buttered bagels. While the food was very good the wait was unacceptable. Shouldn’t take close to 30 minutes for a simple order with nominal customer traffic in the store. For a place that has been open for 4 months now, the time to iron out punctuality issues has come and gone. I hope they get it figured out because we need more small businesses like this to succeed.
