Excellent soy latte. Large iced coffee portions as well (up to 32oz). Tons of indoor seating and clean bathrooms.

Lots of coffee/tea selection here. Definitely would come again.

This coffee shop is an EXCELLENT place with great beverages and AMAZING customer service. I always walk out feeling touched by Kris (manager) who never ceases to provide stellar perfection when it comes to her place of business. She is conscientious and intuitive to customers’ needs while being grounded and loving. The coffee is wonderful, but the added kindness from the staff makes this place shine. Every staff member brightens my day no matter how dreary the day might be. I highly recommend this coffee shop.

Very rude employee at register. She was training two new girls. The new girls were sweet. I’d expect the veteran to be the kindest. You could tell she didn’t want to be there or training.
Other than the rude encounter with her, the coffee and treats were delicious. We might be back.

Update: we did go back, great coffee and pastries… the person who helped was better. Just to be clear this was not a ‘talking louder’ situation.

Great coffee, great snacks and extremely friendly staff! Looks like a good place to bring a laptop and sip delicious espresso and have yourself a work date as well.

The service here is top notch. Table service in the old school style. Skilled servers who understand how service is supposed to be. They're talented and they take their work seriously.

I can only speak to the chocolate chip cookies--big, medium soft, full of chunky chocolate and absolutely *luxuriant*--and the canned/bottled drinks--served ice cold with a glass of ice--but I know anything here will be good.

You should really stop in after dinner or a movie on a Saturday night. They open at 7 AM and close at 7 PM on weekdays, 10 PM weekends. If you're going to jump on the train to head back North, this is the coffee you want for the trip. If you're in town eating at Vic's, this is the coffee and desert you want. Come by!

Leaving Darcy's next door and wanted a good latte. Looked up the reviews and this looked great. Upon entering looked clean and girls were nice. I couldn't decide so I kept it simple and ordered an iced latte, 16oz. My friend got an iced espresso beverage as well. You could tell immediately by the color it was all milk but didn't want to say anything. After sipping it just tasted like a glass of milk and the friends was the same. $11 in milk ice on a hot Sunday afternoon

Amazing coffee!! That’s all I have to say. The lady at the counter that served me was extremely friendly and my beverage turned out perfect. They also have a big selection of pastries, the crumb cake I had was amazing. I’m going to stop here more often!

Stopped in last night with a friend for coffee. Chris was friendly and welcoming. Great customer service experience. Dessert/pastry selection looks delicious. Will definitely be back to try the lemon bars!

I was really disappointed with my last trip to Perfect Perk. My girlfriend and I went in to get a couple of lattes as we have almost every weekend, but this time, the girls behind the counter were socializing quite a bit, then the order in front of us was wrong, and we were asked if we were “waiting for something”. I could understand if the place was packed, but it was only us waiting at the counter for our order. The lattes were wrong, the espresso machine was not turned on, and we were both given iced coffees. My girlfriend, who ordered soy milk because she is lactose intolerant, was given regular milk, and the croissant we ordered was stale. I’m usually impressed with the quality of this place, but this was ridiculous for a pricey coffee shop.
