Yum Yum Shop

We originally came in for ice cream, which we got and enjoyed, and to have a peek at the bakery. They were out of small gingerbread men, but had a fresh batch of large ones, which they happily decorated and boxed for us. We also got a gingerbread-scented candle for home.

Their gingerbread is, hands down, the BEST gingerbread I have ever had! A little crisp on the edges, soft in the center, spice that you can taste and is not overwhelming, and a tang left on the tongue afterward to remind you how good that last bite is! And so adorably decorated! We're looking forward to our next visit!

Tried the ice cream, at least what few flavors they had left. It was good local ice cream from Gifford's Ice Cream. Sadly, we arrived at around 4, (they close at 4:30) and they only had maybe 3 flavors, none of which I was interested in. Cute place, kept immaculately clean. The young man behind the counter seemed bored and disinterested. All my questions were answered with a puzzled look and "I guess so." Bakery looked good, with fresh goods. But sadly I wanted ice cream

Amazing place to get ice cream! I ordered some sort of chocolate ice cream, and it tasted incredible. I have a nut allergy, and I was impressed how they went out of their way to wipe everything down and ensure there was no cross contamination. I can tell that they’re very high on customer satisfaction. The prices were also very reasonable for the amount of ice cream you got. I’d totally recommend going here.

Do you have a sweet tooth? This is the place to be! Freshly baked sweets, famous jelly donuts (which I tried & loved), homemade chocolate frosted donuts, and a lot more! So many options I will have to go back to continue trying all their delicious desserts! 🙌

They were out of most flavors because it's end of season. Blueberry Pomegranate Sherbert was okay. But strawberry ice cream was delicious!

The best of the best!! We cannot speak more highly about the Yum Yum Shop. We come here at least once a week and my son loves every minute of the experience. He gets a chocolate chip cookie and a donut every single time. The donuts are the very best we’ve ever had and the bread is incredible. If you’re even remotely close to the area, you need to stop in! The staff is always friendly, kind, and appreciative of you being there.

Amazing Ice Cream & Pastries - stopped by for dessert after local dinner. Baked pastry & cookie selection was extensive - very friendly staff. You’ve got to try the Aroma Joes Peanut Butter Mocha ice cream. Crazy good. Cashier at ice cream counter, Katie, was super polite and upbeat! Fun way to enjoy the beautiful weather and location. Comfy Adirondack chairs on the front patio to sit and enjoy the treats and people watch.

This place is adorable. We've been coming here since we moved the area in 2020, and it never disappoints. The folks who work here are always so efficient, patient and friendly (not easy during peak tourist season). The maple bacon and the blueberry cake doughnuts are my favorites, but the cookies are also great.

We just bought their bread for the first time a few weeks ago, and it was also excellent. We'll be adding it to our regular rotation. With so few real bakeries, this is a gem for our area. Super grateful they exist.

Though I was unable to taste their tasty treats (cant have milk or eggs) my kiddos loved it! They had a vary large selection and all the employees were super friendly and helpful. Maybe not a place if you cant have dairy or animal products but great otherwise :) and again everything looked delicious!
