The gentleman that was working today was VERY rude and in a bad mood. I understand people can have bad days, but you don’t have to take that out on your customers... I got kicked out of this cafe today because I made a light hearted joke about wanting to get a cookie instead of a bagel because he was done serving food, but I thought it was funny that a cookie didn’t count as food. I was trying to make light of the situation (covid) but my humor was not well liked. Instead of kicking people out, maybe try communicating with them that my humor wasn’t appropriate... I apologize if I offended you, but kicking someone out over a light hearted joke is unacceptable.

The customer service here is really troublesome. There is one guy who works behind the counter who seems really downtrodden with life and is determined to make your coffee experience equally as miserable as he is.

I would recommend supporting Jugtown coffee instead of this place. They are guaranteed not to ruin your beautiful morning in the Valley, plus they have nitro cold brew now.

We went here just to grab a sandwich and coffee. We waited in our socially distanced line with my mask on and the obnoxious boy at the counter told me the mask had to be up to the bridge of my nose, as long as I am covering my nose and mouth , which I was, the mask did not need to be pulled up under my glasses. I got to the front of the line and ordered two sandwiches, he was again OBNOXIOUS!! he “ informed” me they only do wraps. As I told him that’s ok and turned to leave, there is a girl yelling to me “ we have biscuits and English muffins for sandwiches “ I will not return here EVER. I would not recommend this place not for the food but for the rudeness of their help.

Very cozy and intimate coffee shop. Nice selection of brewed coffees and teas along with an assortment of homemade pastries. Sit. Enjoy WiFi. Listen to classical music while watching the world pass by. Quick luncheon tapas too.

Don’t know what Jeff Monier is referring to here as La Tasse was open and serving lunch .We had a terrific lunch in between hockey games . The BLT wrap and Brie Mushroom Bisque really hit the spot and the coffee was fresh and robust. Allserved up with a smile. This place is a winner and a must try

Small cute little coffee shop got a coffee and some crumb cake. Was very delicious and it's a cute cozy place to go and sit when you want to escape the cold.

An absolutely wonderful little cafe! Their coffee and food is always delicious and served with a smile. I look forward to my visit every time I come to the Valley.

I was appalled the way this man and woman talked to a young Chinese woman in from of me in line. The owners are rude! I would never go there again! First off they don’t have anything worth having and they don’t appreciate your business. Plenty of small business that will appreciate your business. Don’t use this place by default

My toasted bagel (no toppings) was $4.50. Everything is insanely overpriced. It was pretty good but I couldn't get past the insane prices.

Great breakfast sandwiches and banana bread. Poor service. They should throw on some cheery music for the people waiting in in line in silent awkwardness.
