Cafe One East

Cafe One East hosted our annual end of the year meeting last week and did not disappoint. The coffee was excellent and lunch was served on time and the food was amazing! I wish I remembered to take a picture of the happy group!

I drive by often but never stop. I drove by again the other day and actually decided to turn around and go back, glad I did

Best Latte I’ve had in a long time. The peanut butter cookie was amazing as well. I will be a regular, I hope they thrive as a business.

Best cafe around. Amazing food and choices and the best coffee. Offers a wide variety and always surprises their customers by coming out with new food and drink specials. They are trying to be more inclusive with their food options and in doing that they asked for customers input on what they’d like to see on their menu for non dairy, gluten free, vegan etc. the staff and owner are so welcoming and kind and the environment is cozy- especially the porch. 10/10 recommend

Horrible service. We called 25 minutes in advance for takeout for two simple breakfast sandwiches (we have impatient toddlers so ordering in advance is a must). We were reassured our order would be ready when we arrived. They had not even begun making our food and after ten minutes of waiting we left. Would not recommend.

I just had some of the worst customer service.
I called ( from Texas) asking to purchase a gift certificate over the phone for a local friend to enjoy, ( she lives in Warner NH).

I was told they could not do that but if I'd like to come pick it up I could do that , lol.

I said " you're kidding right?"

Oh no, not only are they not kidding, they are so serious he hung up on me when I asked for the owners contact info.( he said he was the manager)

I would have preferred handling this privately with the owners but was not left any choice.

So here you go. A 1 star review.

With so many digital payment options available the correct response ( in my opinion) would have been:

" I'm not sure how to do that, can I take a good call back number and see what I can find out) BAM!

Customer Service. It's not hard.

Absolutely love this place! As the only cafe in the area I think I might be a lite biased, but it's the first time I've walked into a coffee shop/cafe and ordered coffee that I can confidently drink without feeling Ill. The coffee is amazing, the food is great, and now that you have a baker it's even better! Absolutely love this place.

Breakfast sandwiches were exactly what we wanted, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. What a lovely experience on our way to skiing at Mt Sunapee. Portions are huge, extra sausage was generous, prices were great, community spirit was palpable. Can’t wait to come back every weekend to this winter!

We are so happy to have Cafe One East in our local area. Shawn is welcoming and friendly, and Caleb seriously makes the best lattes - he always remembers our order right when we walk in the door! They even ordered sugar-free vanilla syrup after we requested it. Love this place!

Great to have an amazing coffee shop in Warner again!

They have some creative coffee drinks for the more adventurous along with the normal fare of lattes and the such.

The owner is super friendly and is always adding or changing things that they offer for food and specialty drinks so I would suggest checking their Facebook page or make sure to check signs they have on the counter before ordering.
