Potter's House Bakery and Café

Stopped for a quick coffee and snack. Coffee was great and the cinnamon buns were huge! Delicious too! Will definitely be back when in the area.

Best bagels I've ever had. Get there early for the jalapeno & asiago ones, they are outstanding.

Best bakery I know of! Not only was the chicken salad sandwich amazing, so was the potters punch. I can not complain one bit about anything here. The staff were amazing! I truly love going to Potter’s! It will forever be my go to!

A hidden treat for sure. Why choose either of those chain "bakeries" when you have a local alternative like this? Great coffee with most anything you could get at those other places and donuts and pastries that blow all the others away. Fresh and delicious and hand made right there. Great staff and excellence service make this our morning destination whenever we're looking for some breakfast treats. Try the jalapeno bagel!

Great bakery! I'm so glad I found Potter's. The staff is awesome and so are their baked goods! My GPS had me going somewhere else but I called and got great directions! It's right near Wendy's and the Rite Aid. Try this wonderful, cozy bakery. You won't be sorry!

When you first walk in you are greeted with the smells of dozens of different pastries, bagels and coffees. Making it the perfect place to start your day. From a calm relaxing atmosphere to a wonderful and helpful staff, potters makes you feel at home and brings wonderful flavors

I was pretty sure I left a review here. Was talking to someone about this place today. For one the service is impeccable. The food is impeccable. The beverages are impeccable. This place puts love into the flavor of all the pastries. If your in Rochester or a town or two over make sure to check this place out. I have worked with food most of my life, and have traveled all over the place in the states and the world, this place brings me back to the tender flavors of an Eastern European bakery. Check them out and leave with a bag!

I usually love coming here but today was terrible. I ordered our food, a donut, a bagel, wrap and an order of hashbrowns. They almost forgot our donut which isn't a big deal because that's simple enough but when I was handed my food I got the completely wrong order. I get 2 sandwiches and didn't get any hashbrowns. I understand it can be busy but you've gotta check and make sure your either making the orders correctly or giving the correct orders to the correct customers.

Staff was very friendly. Environment was well light, clean, and comfortable. The baked goods were glorious to behold. I consumed a Jalapeno bagel with cream cheese and bacon with great enthusiasm. The sausage, egg, cheese, and hash brown wrap was ok. It was on the small side and the hash brown wasn't really noticable as part of the wrap. Overall a very nice place to grab a quick bunch of calories.

Amazing! Hubby and I had to work from our computers today while our car was getting fixed nearby and decided to give Potters House a try. Neither of us are big bakery fans so we weren’t expecting much. We were absolutely blown away. The food was so delicious (we worked from a table all day and ordered breakfast, lunch, and treats to take home to our kids), the environment was so relaxed, the staff were so incredibly kind and welcoming, and learning their mission/story really put things over the top for us. We will definitely be returning any time we are in the area!
