IDENTITY COFFEE LAB

I remember when they first opened I was obsessed! A hidden gem so close to my house, such a quaint, nice, quite place to study or talk with friends. However they have changed drastically to the point that I do not enjoy going anymore which makes me very sad because it was my favorite coffee shop in the world! The menu used to be delicious fresh sandwiches and avocado toasts! But now it’s wet spinach and kimchi with chewy bacon in between 2 pieces of bread. I have been so loyal to this place, I currently am attending college at the Mount. I heard some girls from Franklin Pierce receiving a college student discount a few months back. When I asked about the discount I was told it only applies to students who attend Franklin Pierce. It did not matter that I spent over a $100 there over the course of 4 months when I’d come in to study for my college classes and get a cup of coffee and sit quietly. They have new staff now as well who don’t seem to be people friendly and it’s not somewhere I have interest in going anymore unfortunately :(

I cannot recommend a better coffee shop than identity coffee lab, when you walk through that front door you are pleasantly overcome with a contemporary modern-esque feel very friendly and welcoming. The menu is limited but do not let that fool you, It can be a bit higher priced but trust me when I say it is well worth the money You are paying for the presentation and not to mention flavor and hard work put into your food and coffee. I'm a local beekeeper so naturally I had to get the beekeepers Iced latte with oat milk and I was not let down whatsoever, This delectable latte with oat milk is sweetened by fresh honey with a hint of cinnamon. As for a snack I got the pepper jelly sandwich which was so pleasantly put together You would have believed there should have been a garnish on the side 10/10 on presentation 11/10 on flavor. This coffee shop is hands down my favorite in the area and I would highly recommend it to anybody who would like to try it.

I was in the area visiting family and discovered this place. I live in California where the coffee industry is great and competitive. This coffee shop reminds me of the shops I go to out there. I had a pour over and a cappuccino; they were both superb. I’m thankful I can still get good coffee while in the area. The decor and ambience were perfect! Brendon is friendly and welcoming along with the rest of the staff. I’ll stop by here every time I’m in the area visiting family!

Local here! I enjoy this coffee shop, as it has deliciously crafted coffees, lattes and teas, and is the best place for studying or doing homework! The wait might be a little long, but they have been getting better lately!

We came from Boston for hiking to Monadnock and after we finished we came to this amazing nice and really decorative place and it changed our mood, the coffee was very good and we ordered Belgium waffles and it was delicious.
The staff were so friendly and polite.

If i come back for hiking I will definitely try this place again

Every drink I've had has been beyond delicious 😋 The concerts that they have been hosting for their summer music series have all been incredible! All the staff members are always so kind too!

Phenomenal coffee lab. Amazing service and even better coffee. Incredibly welcoming staff and such a great atmosphere. Would highly recommend for anyone driving through with a moment to appreciate a great coffee from some great coffee engineers.

I love the ability to pay a little more to treat either a stranger ("Anybody") or a specific person to a free coffee, in the future, by putting their name on a card and tacking to a special board. I was blessed with a free coffee today and plan on "passing it on". Very nice and unique tradition at Identity Coffee Lab.

Wonderful place to enjoy specialty coffee drinks and unique sandwiches. Super aesthetically pleasing interior design, with a neat study area upstairs. They take their coffee seriously.
