Good coffee.
Very slow service.
Also stuff is served in styrofoam containers.
Better go to Riverwalk Cafe down the street.

This place is great to get a nice coffee and get some work done. There's lots of seating options and the fireplace is gorgeous. However, the past few times I've been here some of the staff have not been very friendly.

Very good place to get a coffee and relax. Best to park in the back lot. Street parking is not recommended.

Great spot! This was my first time there. My boyfriend got the bananas foster crepe and I got a bacon egg and cheese and we both got a speciality drinks. All excellent. The atmosphere is great and there is even a fireplace with comfy chairs. Loved it! 11/11/22 Update. Still my favorite cafe. I'm here almost every Sat and any time I have a day off during the week.

I was here years ago when it was only an upstairs afterthought for the church. The remodeling into a full-fledged café is pretty incredible. The menu offerings are limited and pricey. You pay for it looking nice, looking fancy, more than you pay for a meal. The lemon crepe barely tasted like lemon. The cinnamon roll was as hard as leather. The coffee was inferior to Riverwalk just across the street. The black forest ham was delicious, but it's crepe was overcooked.
The employees were nice and the place was clean. If I cared about what people thought of where I ate, this would be my first stop. But I don't. I want quality food for my dollar, so I'll go somewhere else.

Loved the atmosphere & menu options. My friend enjoyed their coffee; but they don't know how to do a chai latte. I ended up with a cup of steamed milk with a tea bag floating in it, with nothing actually steeping as tea since it was just coated in milk. Would go back again & just order a regular tea & some of the delicious looking food.

Great place. Great service, coffee, and waffles. And for a great cause as well.

New place for us.
We ordered original crepes with bananas and syrup, coffee Americana for dad and Cafe Mocha for me.
Crepes were tasty and the serving size was very filling; crepes were heavier than expected and served with lots of whipped cream.
Next time I would opt for regular coffee or water as the Cafe Mocha was yummy, but too much with the sweetness of the whipped cream and real maple syrup.
Give yourself plenty of time as the wait was a bit long. Atmosphere was comfortable so not an issue. I'm sure lack of people willing to work may have something to do with that. No feeling of being rushed and people sat reading the paper or doing schoolwork.
Looking forward to trying the quiche or savory crepes next time.
