$10 for a breakfast sandwich? Not supporting this place anymore

Paul Hussey

I pick up five dozen bagels every Friday morning to share with a company I work for. We've been doing this for about 7 or 8 years now, and they have never forgot about us or messed up in order. They have it ready for us, on time at 7:15 a.m. every week. In personally, their bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel is the bomb! They cook the food right there in front of you on the grill, and it's always fresh! Thank you Bagel Cafe!

Did this place switch ownership? Prices went up, but quality of food has dropped a bit. Rubbery bagel, cold bacon egg and cheese sandwich.

Really superb bagels and ingredients on everything. Exactly what you want from a bagel store. Complete 5/5. Cream cheese bagels have an absolute buttload of cream cheese on em... Like too much. But! That's just my preference and I'd rather have too much than not enough. Great place to eat

Delicious bagels and bagel sandwiches. A little bit more expensive but they are fully staffed, always busy but always very fast. I'm willing to pay the extra for that!

Delicious Bagels made fresh on location every day, generous portions and a serve-yourself hot coffee bar. The best quick breakfast in the city, try the roast beef on jalapeno-cheddar bagel, you wont regret it.

Great bagels and choices. Owners are very friendly.

Fantastic everything bagel. Veggie cream cheese best I've had- appears to be locally and freshly made. Peet's coffee improved by diy liquid flavoring and sweetener. Simple but clean seating. Will return.

Best bagels in the area. My fiancé is a Brooklyn native and this is the only place we’ll go for bagels. She asks for her bagels untoasted whenever we go, which I found odd, but she says because the bagels are so fresh there is no need to toast them. Great job!

Amazing BLT's on an everything bagel and they load the tomatoes on and add an extremely generous amount of bacon to the sandwich also, this place is a must go if your in the area and they are worth every single penny you would spend here, one sandwich will have even the hungryest tummies full and satisfied guaranteed, no kidding 😋
