Good coffee, capucchinos etc. I love Mocha Joes but this place is a good runner up. Lots of parking (metered) seating indoors and out, clean.

Amazing coffee. Staff worked amazingly together to get out everyones orders in a timely manner.

These guys do an amazing job! It's been a tough time for local businesses adapting to new ways to serve their customers during the current crisis. Prime Roast is committed to providing great coffee and great customer service in a clean, healthy, and safe environment. What's amazing is that even with stricter protocols in place, Judy, Emily and the team have learned to maintain and even exceed their previous levels of service. Their passion of excellence shows.

Wow, I had such a wonderful cup of coffee at this awesome coffee shop. Wish they could move down here to Wrightsville Beach, NC! It's so nice to get a strong cup of coffee that has so much flavor you just want to sip it and enjoy every moment of it! I will for sure go back there next time I'm in Keene! Wish there was a way to give them more stars because I can't say enough nice things! Friendly, knowledgeable staff + absolutely amazing coffee. Delivery is extremely fast as well. Always a wonderful experience with Prime Roast.

Dad had the Mocha Irish Creme and I had the Golden Milk. We were wowed!!! Definitely worth a return trip the next time we're in Keene. Can't believe we never saw this hidden gem until today - they told us they'd been there over 20 years. Nice cozy seating areas too.

A TJ Maxx Employee with cute Saturn earrings recommended Prime Roast while I was shopping. Finally went in for an Americano and was not disappointed! Extremely affordable, comfortable atmosphere, smells amazing, coffee was DELICIOUS. So good. Staff was very kind and helped explain their set-up/menu. Cute merch for sale as well! Best coffee I’ve had on the East Coast. Possibly all-around.

Great local coffee. The baked goods always smell amazing and make me wish I was not GF/DF. Best of all they know how to make a great long shot! Sounds simple, but nearly impossible to find these days!

A friend of mine from work got me hooked on this place. The coffee truly is the very best in town and they are reasonably priced. The staff are very helpful and incredibly nice. The customer service is top notch.
