OK let me preface by saying my 3 stars aren't regarding the quality of food/drink here.... I spend most of my summer in Hampton and I do love this place. HOWEVER, if its a weekend and it crowded , which usually it is, be prepared to have a LONG wait for something as simple as a black iced coffee. This past weekend I got there and there was a line to door which is normal, but I am starting to realize that no matter what you order, it is placed in the same "production line"...So even though I just wanted a black iced coffee, I was behind 10-12 people, many of whom has hot food such as breakfast sandwiches. The orders come out in numerical order no matter what your order is. I just feel waiting 20 minutes for a black iced coffee is unacceptable to me, no matter how busy. There needs to be a better way to handle a busy line of customers. Honestly, I would give 1-2 stars based on this since I have routinely encountered this situation, but I do like their coffee I felt I couldn't justify going below a 3. I just hope an employee sees this and tries to figure out a solution of handling coffee customers vs food customers.

Ordered the Jack Attack! It came out hot and delicious. It's on the higher side of cost for a breakfast sandwich, but I definitely don't regret it. I just wish the sandwich was smaller so I could have had some room for a pastry!!! ;-P

5 stars dead on. I got the large chicken parm sub and I was expecting a small sub because everywhere else makes tiny sandwiches... But this place made the biggest sub I've had in a long time. Even better than places around where I live. Enormous. I'm italian and I can tell home made sauce, this place takes pride in their cooking. No ragu sauce for sure, homemade delicious sauce. I was dipping my sub in sauce bcuz it was so over filled, it was crazy good. I was just about done with my sub too and they came over and gave myself, my little brother and his friend a donut each.

Only con is it closes at 4pm but I'm giving 5 stars regardless because they actually care about the quality of their food and service and they're not trying to make a quick buck off the tourist trap nature. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone over everywhere else.

One of the things I look the most forward to when we visit Hampton beach! The food is delicious and quick and the coffee, there’s no other place on the strip with so many options. Friendly staff as well

It's definitely rated the best breakfast place for a reason! We ordered breakfast sandwiches and they were delish!!! They put a good amount of bacon on your sandwiches, which makes me happy!

Great coffee , good vibes and the best dang vinyl stickers on the beach. This is definitely in my morning routine when I’m in town 👍🏻.

They have great whoopee pies and they are huge for a great price but I was wondering when they open this year if any one know please let me know

Nice, clean, VERY presentable establishment. Espresso was extremely tasty as well as the Italian wrap I had ordered. The service was impeccable!

I will also add they are very supportive of Veterans as I am of them...ABN-ATFW!

Fresh tastey bagels, good muffins and yummy cheese danish. Also, the chocolate coconut donut was delicious!
