I visited this coffee shop in Concord, NH today for the first time, as I'm visiting Concord for a couple days on a New England wide work trip. You gotta check this place out! It was convenient on 135 Loudon Rd. across from Keach Park, Concord, easily accessible off of Loudon Rd., sufficient parking and easy drive through ordering around the building, I was welcomed upon entering, the outside and inside of the building was nicely decorated, the employees were all friendly and efficient, the dining room was clean with sufficient, varied kinds of seating, music playing, big windows to let the sun in!, a good size menu of drinks and light food items to go, the restroom was clean, and the free WiFi worked well.

I have always been a big fan of AJ’s. This location is great with a friendly staff. I find the drive through moves quickly even when busy. Thanks for making my mornings enjoyable!

Normally when I drive through this place in the morning before work it's good! The drive-thru lines can get a little long but the place has a small staff and so it really depends on when you show up. Menu items are good as well.

Their 12 Days of Giving event during December could be improved though. The BOGO up to 24oz holiday drink reward wouldn't work for me despite clearly having it listed on the app for me, which the staff saw. Staff was mostly understanding about this and still gave me the deal, though the drinks weren't the same size and the dark-haired girl with the nose ring definitely had an attitude about it when handing them off to me. >:/

So I have been coming here religiously daily spending $7.16 up to 20 bucks per day. The staff has always been great, however once the girls learn the drinks and menu and start to be efficient they end up leaving and going to college or a different career path. Recently I had a special on my app that said maple Mondays ($2.00 for a latte choice of two different ones) I don't really drink these but for 2 bucks because I have the app I thought let's get one! After ordering I saw they charged me full price for a drink I really didn't want, just ordered it because I was a valued member and could get it for 2 bucks. All the fine print, details and disclaimers on the app were followed. The young lady had a hard time pulling it up on her app so said I had to pay full price, after arguing for a solid 5 minutes and holding up about 6 cars behind me I said it's fine just cancel my entire order and I will not be back here and I'd like to talk to a manager later today! All you have to do is plug in 2 dollars for my drink and figure out your app problems later. But no I was being told it's not valid 3vwn though I kept saying it is valid every single detail on my app says it is valid. Needless to say I got my drink for the special price after a long time having to argue and cause somewhat a scene for it. It was not the money as I have given multiple employees who when their last day there going off to college who have been pleasant, quick and efficient for me for months of getting to know them there l have given them $100 tip! I hate to have to leave this review but it needs to be addressed as service has become slower and slower at this location, I understand help is hard to find with our current economic situation but good attitudes in the customer service fields should be a no brainer.

I pulled through the drive thru because the door was locked. The menu has a lot of choices and i didnt want to hold anyone up. It was early morning and I'd been driving a few hours. I couldn't decide and had to be at work, so waiting behind the person in front of me seemed longer than it probably was, I had a schedule to keep and drove through. I'd rather visit when I have time to read all the choices and try their concoctions. That being said, I've heard good things, so at least give them a try.

I'm normally not someone who mind's waiting a bit, but I went through the drive-thru today and sat at the food pick up window for almost 6 minutes waiting on one drink and a muffin. I would understand if they had been super busy, but there were maybe two people ordering inside. I could see the girls just standing and talking instead of working. They didn't even say anything about the being sorry for the wait, she just handed me my drink after 6 minutes of waiting.

I understand places are short staffed but I try to go in at 6 when it says they are open but they are never open. Have the hours changed or is no one wanting to work?

I love this place food and drink is great and the staff is so friendly. but they should really consider adding a drive thru speaker they would be able to move cars through so much faster.
