Garden Cafe

I have eaten here several times, on my way through Winnemucca. I love the waffles, the hashbrowns, and the bacon that I usually have for breakfast. They taste really good.
I've also had the biscuits and gravy, and those are delicious. The service is great, and I've always had attentive waiters.
I've only eaten lunch here once, and I had The Club sandwich. It was delicious and the fries are good.
I've never eaten dinner here, because by the time I check into the hotel, I'm tired, and I don't bother eating dinner. I always eat breakfast here in the mornings, before I leave.

Dena is amazing! Honestly, everyone working there is so nice. I’d stop again just for the excellent service. Food was fresh and really good. Better than I expected. Salad bar is small, but fresh. Decent selection on the menu.

Family Favorite! The food is great! Portions are big. Anything with Alfredo is stellar. Monte Cristo's are a great go-to. The salad bar is small, yet hits the important things. For me, the crab salad was a plus.

The staff is really kind, everyone.. But the food was not that good. Big portions but tasteless. I was not impressed. I had the burger.. was supposed to be medium rare and it was not (well done), onion rings not bad. My husband’s salad was enormous but just average as well

The only problem there is, the chairs are old & the seats on them need to be replaced. They have lost their support. Also, the prices have really gone up! But, it's still one of the better places to eat.

Long day of travel- needed a steak, a room and a shower…. Great place to stay if you’re ever in Winnemucca! The food here is awesome and that is a delicious ribeye, perfectly cooked. So good!

Man, I was so disappointed. I used to go to the sports lounge here FREQUENTLY, for NFL Sundays mostly. This past Sunday, I went in with a group of 4 at 9:40, worried we wouldn't get a table. There were plenty of spots! We sat there until the games started, and at 10:15 we still were not even approached by any staff. So we left. One server looked at us numerous times, even walked past our group with no acknowledgement to our existence. Another server finally started taking orders from others that had arrived, only they showed up 20 - 30 minutes after we did. This place used to be the pinnacle of sports entertainment in winnemucca, with great, interactive customer service and excellent food and atmosphere. I can say I will have to wait at least a year before I try again. It's sad where it is now...

Oh yea, they were "too busy" to change the TV's to NFL games too...at a sports lounge... What happened man... How the mighty have fallen.

Just get the salad bar. I got the salad bar and a burger. By the time my burger came i was stuffed. Been here many times but first time with the salad bar. Food always been good but i found my new go to

Not bad! The atmosphere was nice and our waitress was attentive! Pasta was decent, but my French dip bread was too soggy.

Great salad bar and service! Not a fan of cigarettes especially when you are trying to eat!! Would have given more stars if it was a no smoking environment!!
