small portions big prices.
waitress didn't give me coleslaw even though it's stated in the menu as coming with the chicken tender basket. so they want you to pay 12.95 for 3 funny tasting chicken tenders and have you fill up on fries, which you can buy anywhere for 2 dollars a pound. Then the waitress barely is there. then you pay 3.25 for soda, don't know if refills are free, but I'm sure even if you are willing to pay full price for a 2nd soda you'd never get a chance to ask the wait staff for it. This is West Wendover in a nutshell, ripoff artists to the max.

Loved the French toast breakfast it was perfect size

Laughable pricing and mediocre food but most people are paying with comps so it’s makes sense. If you’re paying with cash, stay far away.

Good food. But overpriced!

The service was wonderful, but the cafe and the food was terrible.
The potatoes were instant and the vegetables came from a can. The salad vinaigrette was sickeningly sweet. The steak they cooked me was unevenly cooked and unseasoned. Everything about this place screamed processed food.
The cafe also looks excellent from the outside but it seems they may have stopped halfway through? The back and the areas not facing the front of the cafe was unfinished which makes me think they just wanted to create a pleasant presentation to get you in the cafe to begin with.

I have been here a few times. Service this time was fair at best. Server not very personable. Steak had no flavor. Canned corn is not a good choice for a dinning restaurant. Save it for the HS cafeterias.

Breakfast just as a disappoint as last nights dinner. Eggs were overcooked, coffee tastes as pot sat on hot plate for an hour or more. Hash browns were not browned very well and portion was half of what Denny's, I-Hop, and Village Inn would serve. I think next time I come out here I will eat at Burger King

Disappointing. Hot turkey sandwich was luke warm. My friend had a short stack (2) pancakes that were more than my dinner.

No change in service or quality of food.
Steak was under cooked and baked potato was over cooked. Server did not check with us until we were ready to leave.

Whoever the Chef/Cook that made my omelette tonight 9/27/2020 @ 7pm, did an AMAZING job! Perfectly cooked, with cheese throughout it. So so so much better than the last omelette I had a couple weeks ago. Thank you! 🍳

Very clean and friendly service. However, the food quality for the price point does not match. Way overpriced for what you receive. $6.50 for just two pancakes. $15.95 for 3/8" New York Steak and eggs with hashbrowns. Coffee was $2.75. You come for covenience not value when you eat here.

Went here twice while out here, the first time dine in and it took nearly an hour just to get our food. the waitress had no social skills what so ever. The next day we decided on to go, they were severely under staffed, always having plenty of open tables but no people to support the business. When we finally got our order, much longer than the given time frame, we had no utensils.

Waiter was forgetful and seemed unhappy to be here, steak was underseasoned and overcooked, cold canned corn, I'm sure there are wayyy better places to try!! This isn't the one!! Pretty hotel, not worth it though.
