I am so happy they’re expanding! Definitely nice to have a closer location. I basically go here daily. There isn’t any noticeable differences with customer service. They’re always on point just like the other locations.

They don’t have everything they can do on their menu. The menu doesn’t do them justice. They can pretty much make anything you can think of. They have tons of syrups and when you ask for weird stuff they don’t look at you like you’re crazy. I’m honestly really trying to get them to think I’m crazy but it hasn’t worked yet.

The baristas are always nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Way better than Starbucks.

Definitely, quality food and drink but the wait 9/10 times is just ridiculous, as you cannot place an order until you are at the window. So the line just doesn't move. If you have an extra 30 minutes to wait you're good.

I love human bean coffee and am very happy to have a location in Sparks. One reason this is the only coffee shop I go to now is they have a large selection of sugar free drinks and they still taste delicious. Staff is always friendly.

Human Bean has the BEST frozen hot chocolate ever! Other places taste watered down but this one is rich! They also have a really good caramel mocha! These drinks have more flavor than Starbucks for sure

If you are not in a hurry or if you visit during off-hours the Human Bean will deliver very good coffee. If it is before 9am don't bother unless you really want to be late for work or just like looking at the brake lights in front of you. The standard coffee I order is always hot and well brewed without having that overdone burnt taste that the socialist company from Seattle prefers.

Great staff, they were super busy but had a positive attitude. I'd much prefer to support the local coffee shop. Great drinks.

The Sparks location off pyramid needs a better drive thru. There is no way to preorder. You have to wait in line until you get to the window and then get to order, then have to wait. They take orders from 2 sides but the wait is really long. Good thing for them that they're way better than Starbucks!

Very friendly, Love the White Mocha with ×3 shots of Espresso🤪 Also they have good low carb drinks for Diabetics! My girls and I give this 🤘😎
