Really cute little spot that is really easy to get to. The Irish cream latte was delicious. Shared some oatmeal with my toddler and the cute baristas offered some whipped cream with cocoa powder for him to eat. Not too stuffy to have a kid with you but also quiet enough to get some work done. It was super snowy out so we didn't get to use the courtyard but the space looks super cute.

One of my favorites places to work in town. The place is really beautiful and open, the coffee quality is great, good prices, and a friendly, kind and happy staff.

And luckily I remember to say that their music taste is the best 🎶 keep it up dj!

They were pretty slammed when we went but the staff was still really friendly and polite and answered questions we had despite being so busy. The coffees we had were great! Good flavor, good temp (didnt have to wait 10 mins to drink it like Starbucks) I definitely plan on going back and trying some of their food next time. Atmosphere was nice with a good amount of seating.

Stopped in to this lovely little coffee spot with a friend after having been denied coffee for several days for a medical procedure. All I can say is 😋 YUM!!!! The gals are sweet and so willing to please. My friend tried a latte with a warm bear claw, and I went for a three shot Carmel mocha latte with a warm chocolate croissant. Both of us polished off everything. We’ll definitely be back. My friend has already told all her friends on FB so hopefully that’ll boost Hand Craft’s business 😊

Edit- A year since my first visit -
I live in Alaska, but I travel quite a bit, I happened to be in Reno, and instead of getting the free breakfast at the hotel, I wanted to get coffee and breakfast elsewhere and the first place that came to mind was handcrafted coffee. This place is still doing great. The coffee was hot, tasted great. The service was fast, when not busy, these ladies will bring your coffee to your table. I don't see this often, way to stand out in a good way. Chloe made my coffee, I recognized her as she's been working here for a while, she made my coffee the first time I've been here. In a day and age where people go job hopping and collecting unemployment checks, that's very respectable, that she's staying at one spot. I hope that she is compensated well, especially if she's training the new folks. The music at the shop was not disturbingly loud and was helpful in setting a great atmosphere. To all the people working here, thank you for keeping this place so clean and welcoming. Thank you for the VIP customer service treatment and thank you for putting your good energy into the coffee you make. Y'all are amazing, I will definitely be back! -Dopio Tim

Edit -a few months later: I happened to visit Reno on a business trip and this was the first place that came to mind when I wanted coffee. As always, great coffee, great people, great place. I've been around the US stopping in at different places and it's sad to see some places aren't taken care of. Not so with Hand Craft Coffee! The place looks very clean and taken care of. It's tough to find people that do a good job. The employees here do a great job, in all aspects; the place is immaculately clean, tables not sticky, chairs not dusty, the environment is a friendly vibe with inviting atmosphere. -Dopio Tim

This place is awesome. I love a different coffee, something other than the usual Starbucks or other burnt garbage. The coffee served here has a great flavor, it's locally roasted, and the place is convenient. There is a spot in front with free parking. Also, if you happen to stop by, tell them Dopio Tim sent you. 😉💎
