Lovely coffe spot in Reno with a contemporary feel and very friendly service. Good offer of pastries - apple muffin was very good - and good selection of savory dishes - ricotta and chive toast was very good maybe the bread a little too toasted but still very good. Macha latte was delicious and they have several types of milks to accommodate dietary restrictions.

I got the panini and It was super BLAND very generous on the avocado but seriously need some seasoning. I’m pretty sure it was the bread that killed it because it taste like nothing, the lemon bar needs more lemon flavoring, the pumpkin donuts where good, the sour cream (if that’s what it was) was super watery wasn’t sure so didn’t try it, red salsa was nasty.

Lentil soup with avocado - 4.9 out of 5
Caprese sandwich - 5 out of 5
Metaball sandwich - 4.9 out of five
A bit slow preparing the food but is well worth the wait.
Coffee is goooooood!

There’s nothing better than a great local coffee shop! I’ve stopped in a few times on work trips, and the espresso and breakfasts have always been great. I’ve had their oatmeal, granola, and croissants; all have been fantastic. The Gibraltar has been my go-to drink, and it’s been consistently above and beyond!

Coffee was good. Food was okay but very fresh. I think too bland for my taste. But the croissant are to die for. I will definitely be going back for those flaky croissants.
**Edit**
I went back and had their ham and cheese croissants. They are perfection. A must try.

Really great coffee and food. The maple cinnamon latte tasted more cinnamon-y than maple-y, but I think it had the perfect amount of sweetness. The breakfast panini was delicious, and I appreciate that avocado could be substituted for bacon! And that house made focaccia bread was incredible!

I want to like this place a lot but each time I ago I find myself slightly disappointed. Ten dollars for a very small burrito, ordered to dine in ended up wrapped up to go. Had to go back in to get the Salsa and Crema that were supposed to come with it. Coffee was good. Location and decor are great. However, having someone Hollar out every order every minute or so kinda ruins the ambiance of a quite coffee shop, outdoor tables looked like they hadn't been wiped down all day, or longer.

My first visit to new cafe always starts with a mocha...it's the bar standard for me. I was impressed with the skills of a barista working at 4pm on a Friday. The mocha was fantastic, so much so that I had a second! (Top marks to KC!) The prices are average, for a coffee house. Neat decor and ambiance, and they did well with the patio area for being on a corner lot. I can see parking as an issue, but the neighborhood seemed nice and it was a quaint 1/2 block walk. The inside tables were clean, but I think the staff forgot that there are outside tables; all 8 small tables had not been cleaned/wiped in awhile. Overall, quite pleased, would recommend, and will return.

I suggest the Paleo bowl with chicken and bacon. Yummy!! They have gluten free, vegan and paleo options here and it’s a godsend for those with diet restrictions. Downside is that it’s pretty pricey so I monitor how many times I come here but it I had money to blow, I’d blow it on the entire menu 😂 try the soups too!!!
P.S. great for Sunday hangovers 😂

Great coffee and great pastries at a fairly reasonable price. Was a regular for a long time and kind of drifted away. Will be going back more often.
