Red Brick Pizza Kitchen Cafe: A Homey Chain Serving Fire-Baked Pizzas and Flatbread Sandwiches
Red Brick Pizza Kitchen Cafe is a popular chain of pizza restaurants that serves fire-baked pizzas, flatbread sandwiches, and gelato. The restaurant has a homey and cozy atmosphere that makes it a great place to grab a quick bite or enjoy a meal with friends and family. The restaurant is located at 1650 S Casino Dr, Laughlin, NV 89029, and is open seven days a week from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekdays and until midnight on weekends.
The restaurant offers a variety of pizzas, including classic pepperoni, margherita, and BBQ chicken, as well as a build-your-own option. The pizzas are cooked in a fire oven, which gives them a crispy crust and a smoky flavor. The restaurant also offers flatbread sandwiches, which are made with fresh ingredients and served on warm flatbread. Additionally, the restaurant serves gelato, which is a perfect dessert after a delicious meal.
While some customers have had negative experiences with the restaurant's customer service and food quality, others have praised the restaurant's delicious pizzas and friendly staff. The restaurant's prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous, making it a great value for money. Overall, Red Brick Pizza Kitchen Cafe is a great place to enjoy a tasty pizza in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

The employees are careless bad attitude & overly dramatic. The manager never answers his phone and has a sign that says text this number if you want to apply which explains the careless attitude of the employees Two ppl in line and no employees are there except the girl from their other store who is just starring at us while playing on her phone 3 minutes later two ppl came back and started making food didn't wash their hands at all put on one glove to make a pizza. The guy with the blonde hair will tell you the Manager doesn't care and that he tells him to tell ppl when their food is burnt its just from the flour in the oven. Another employee cut off the burnt stuff on the bottom and left it in the box that is not flour that's from a dirty oven this place needs to get it together.

The pizza is ok for what it is. The day I was there the employees seemed to be in the don't bother me mood. It was on a Tuesday so they definitely weren't busy. Seems like they were hiding in the back. After a bit of a wait I finally had one ask for my order. I got the pizza back to my room and the pepperoni and sausage was tossed in the middle of the pizza in a pile. I might ad that I did tip these low energy employees. I have since found out that the Riverside has a few pizza places of their own. The bowling alley makes a good pizza at a much better price. All and all a very disturbing and disappointing experience.

(Don Laughlin Riverside Hotel & Casino location not Harrah's) I gotta say, out of the reviews I could see what they were saying about the guys working at night but their pizza turned out fine. I live in Vegas and I deal with waves of people on a daily basis and to tell the truth, I don't think they were intentionally trying to be rude. Now, during the day, I went back again and got Mudd. Yeah, so what that is her name. She was great! She was super helpful and me and all guys visiting from all over rushed the only pizza joint for miles and this poor woman was completely under pressure with like 50 pizzas to knock out in like 30 minutes but held it down like a boss. Mudd smiled, gave us great service, making sure we were all good and apologized even though she was clearly swamped and continued to bust pizzas out like it was no thang. Thank you Mudd, hopefully Riverside treats you well and I would tell them to hook you up with a raise! Your pizza skills are superior!

Specifically stopped by here earlier today to check the hours. Per sign open til 12 and checked with the guy working. Came over at 11:25 to make sure I could get a pizza and was told they were closed. There were a couple people waiting for their pizzas and they were taking 1 out of the oven. I said the sign says 12 and I asked earlier. The guy said uh yeah were closed. NOT HAPPY and will NOT be coming back. I'll take my business elsewhere. I would give a Huge 0 stars if I could.

Very disappointed, apparently the person working there said he couldn't take any orders for like 15 minutes because he had to make 5 pizzas and he was only one working, waited for a few minutes and he didn't make any pizzas, took his cell phone and hid behind the wall. We really like their pizza, have everytime we come here, but have lost us due to this. I wasn't the only person that was there and left without ordering. The pizza size for the box it was put in was horrible. Also, the pizza size by itself, supposed to be a large, was even worse. For the price to what you receive is unbelievable, total joke!! Prior to leaving this review we tried calling to speak with a manager, after 20 rings we hung up. Not only does this place not care about your business, they don't care about their quality as well. One last thing, I've had plenty of personal size pizzas from other places that were bigger than Red Brick Pizza Kitchen Cafe Large. Pizza taste was good, not great, great would have been getting a large instead of an extra small and not paying for a double extra large.

Pizza is good, customer service is trash. Myself and another lady stood in line for 5 minutes for the gentleman working tonight to deliberately ignore us 10 minutes (maybe longer for the lady in front of us) before telling us that they were closed 5 minutes before closing time. It's one thing to say that you don't take orders 15-20 minutes prior to closing but to intentionally ignore customers who are in line and attempting to speak to you to see if you are closed is a complete disregard for the customer and their time.

Horrible service. Girl saw me waiting and it was like she thru a fit a was there. Walked around giving me a attitude the whole time a placed my order. This girl really should not be working any customer service job. Horrible attitude Horrible service. No wonder this place is never busy.

Redbrick Pizza in Don Laughlin Riverside Casino. We took a pizza to our room. Asked for extra sauce and cook it a little longer. They did. It was good tasting. Thin crust was just right. The only thing wrong is their regular size is anyone else's small and we should have ordered a large.

Stayed at Riverside Hotel for the night. After a long kinda stressful day of jet skiing, we decided to grab a quick bite. This place was pretty good. Employees were very young, and could use some customer service training. But the pizza was Delicious! We ordered the Bbq chicken pizza just a regular size one. 6 small slices. Personal for some. But it was just enough for a nice little light lunch for 2. Def worth checking out.
