Loved the food, healthy & tasty. Great breakfast nutritious food but it’s so good the queue is long so get in early!

I feel badly giving this place 3 stars bc the food was actually good. The reason for my low review is they were out of a lot of the things I wanted to order. Initially I wanted to order a Tostada Salad, I was told they’re out. Then I said I wanted Boba the girl said they’re out of boba. My friend wanted a Turkey burger, also out. I was in shock to be honest. I mean I get it they must have had a busy weekend but come on. You’re located inside the Wynn and you should anticipate the traffic. I ended up ordering something I honestly didn’t want, so did my friend. Do better guys!

Urth Caffe is a staple and has something for everybody. The lines can get long, but it does move fast since it’s a fast-casual eatery. I recommend making an online order in advance to avoid the wait.
Some of the dishes can be hit or miss. The waffles and breakfast burritos are always a hit. However, I’ve had avocado toast where the bread was so hard to the point it was inedible. I’ve also tried the mac n cheese which was served cold in the middle.
Spanish latte with oat milk and the date smoothie are my go-to drinks.

this is our favorite cafe but not in Las Vegas. it is impossible to order what is chosen from the menu, only what is available or they will agree to cook. and at lunchtime the choice is very limited. the staff fulfills orders very slowly and with errors. if you make an online order, the notification of readiness comes too late and everything has already cooled down. every time they justify that they are too busy due to the large number of guests. but in other locations this is never a problem. looks like the staff is lazy.

Excellent omelet! The veggie omelet that came with a side of greens and bread.

Amazing food. Loved the poached di parma. The only issue was that there are barely any tables available, at least when I arrived for breakfast, and you have to find your own table. It would be great if there was someone at least keeping check on the tables to help people get seated.

The takeout lady is very nice! I had pumpkin pancakes and waffles a couple of days I was at AWS.
I ordered whipped cream and fruit add-ons for both orders I placed, and was extremely satisfied with the portions of the extras, as well as the quality of the pumpkin flavor in the waffles and pancakes!!!!

Food is delicious! The only downside is service was horrible. Perhaps they were short staff and I would understand for the long wait, but it was very disorganized. People who were there first had not received their food/drink items while the new people coming in did. At the end, i had to ask for a refund on my drink because they never brought it to me and my group and I were ready to leave.

Food was okay, but customer service was TERRIBLE. We got the egg sandwich, vivacado smoothie, and yogurt/fruit/granola bowl, with granola on the side because it said on the menu there were walnuts in it, and my husband is allergic to walnuts. We also paid extra to upgrade it to Greek yogurt.
The food took 30-40 minutes to arrive. Once it did, egg sandwich was bland and the smoothie was super icy (tasted like a slushy instead of a fresh fruit smoothie). It was all so lackluster.
My husband’s yogurt bowl arrived as a (very) small fruit parfait, and didn’t have the granola on the side. Once we asked for the granola and started digging in, we also realized that they gave us regular yogurt, not Greek yogurt! We decided to ask them to make it right.
This was when the most abhorrent part of the experience came in: my husband talked to 2 employees at the register and they refused to help us, and even insisted that the yogurt was indeed Greek. We’re not stupid— we eat Greek yogurt all the time at home, so don’t pretend like this runny thin yogurt is what we “upgraded” to.
So, after all that, Urth Caffe not only made multiple mistakes, but then refused to remake our yogurt or refund for the botched “upgrade”. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a restaurant and they should be ashamed.

Excellent Caffe at fair price.
Cookies and breakfast are amazing.
They have real Italian cappuccino (which they serve in huge in disproportionately large cups, but still).
Rare to find something that quality at this price on the Strip, do not hesitate. Plus the inside is raffiné.
